App reinstallation issues
If app is not used for a week or two, it will log you and not let you log back in unless you uninstall and reinstall the app which is very frustrating.

Time to bring the timer back
I could easily rate this app a full five it weren’t seemingly missing a critical app feature that every video out there for the most part demos. I am an illustrator freelancing and in need of an in-house start and stop time clock.
Is it still accessible for the project and task level?

Needs help
I’m not sure if I’m the only one but I’ve been using ODOO for three years. I have YET to be able to sign into the app. I get an error when I try to sign in. I always have had to use my laptop.

Nothing Free Is Perfect
I needed something for my personal use and the free version and the features that come with it is something you can’t get elsewhere. Yeah it could use a few tweaks here and there but overall I love it.

Could be more native feeling
I know Odoo is a web interface product but I feel like they could refine the UI a lot to make it more touch friendly and iOS intelligible.

Great App, Confusing At First
Odoo is a great app in general. Life saver really. I don’t think the visual design of the phone version is doing it any favors. Similar to having to use the website as an “app” on desktop. You have to figure out where the navigation is. Once you do that, it’s fine.
I finally needed it for the first time when it was thundering so I unplugged my computer.
I want to see local storage of data on devices. It’s difficult to go offline on Apple devices. That’s what’s preventing me from raising my rating. It storms here a lot. Worried internet service will go down.
Raising the rating up a bit: It loads a lot of data really fast.

Broken/outdated
Seems like the app has an older version of odoo because it looks nothing like what i have on my computer. It’s definitely the same old version that’s in all of the you tube videos. Barcode scanner doesnt work correctly in my iphone 13 either. Camera shows up but no box where you’re supposed to align the barcode within. FIX YOUR BROKEN PRODUCT!

Horrible company
I see why they get such poor ratings. My first interaction with the human at this company was to tell me that their website charged the wrong amount, and they want to charge double or they’re going to immediately erase everything we’ve done.
To justify it, they said that their terms of service say that you have to pay more unless specified in writing. However, the website did specify in writing exactly how much I was the pay. I guess they can’t even follow their own terms of service and would rather screw over a customer.

Still waiting on a response from support. This definitely isn’t a good look for the company that supports this website/app. We definitely aren’t going to pay for any other features now. I feel like I should be compensated for lost time trying to get this dumb site to work. But as usual, companies have 0 accountability and 0 liability.

Barcode scanner faulty for IOS devices
I can’t get the barcode scanner function to work. The camera will turn on but not scan the barcode on my products. I printed out labels from the inventory app for products and the scanner will read those but then it won’t find the items in the database 😭😭😭 I’m willing to tattoo Odoo on my body but with this issue I’m afraid I won’t be getting the tattoo anytime soon. Please fix this bug!!! Or let me know if it’s somehow user error. Thanks!

This app is outdated
I’m not sure why you can’t do basic functions on this app that you can normally do on the website. Makes it a pain to know on certain orders I need to be near my PC. For example, you can’t add notes to sales order or purchase orders. Unless the SO already has it, in that case you can edit it. Also you can’t duplicate an SO or PO? Seems like a pretty basic function. There’s a bunch more that just seems to be forgotten or overlooked. Wish I got more out of this app as I use Odoo for work everyday.

Find a better app
I’m very computer and app savvy. I had to attempt to put in emails multiple times change passwords, and the dashes between the company name. Not to mention, it doesn’t integrate to other apps like it says. Please don’t waste two hours like me.

Missing federated authentication in 2021

Clunky/Barcode Scanning on Modern iPhones
This app can work great half the time, and the other half you are presented with a white screen. Or things like the barcode scanning stops working. In this particular case, the camera pops up for a second or less, not allowing to scan.
Reliability is a missing feature, whether on a Zebra TC70, Samsung Galaxy, or iPhone.

iPhone X View Bug
Not a bad start but needs some more work. When you rotate an iPhone X to Landscape view the app does not adjust correctly to the window size. It has unused space on the sides. And then when you rotate back to portrait view, the bottom of the app does not correctly handle the new way iPhone X works without a home button. Items at the bottom of the screen become blocked/hidden/unresponsive.
I would also like to see the app notify me while it is in the background. Push doesn’t seem to work when I receive chat messages if I have the app minimized.

The app is very good, you can do almost everything that you’re able to do in the desktop version. Great to use Odoo on the go.

Selfish
Only appears to work with Odoo’s own cloud. Will not work with my own deployment. Complains it can’t find my server, yet, through any browser and from anywhere I can access my own server. So it seems pretty much useless if you have your own deployment.

Great start but not as good as the web based version
It’s great to see Odoo’s effort into getting their ERP to work across all platforms. Something their competitors should learn from.
Odoo made their web based mobile version so good that this App doesn’t yet exceeds it.
Things to improve:
-viewing PDF attachment works but you’re stuck in that view with no way back to the App.
-trying to load other attachment result in a crash. The now standard “Open In” iOS menu should be used here.
-icons flickers when scrolling the home screen and sometime display the wrong oDoo app icon over a different app.
-optional nice improvement: allow in settings to set which other iOS App is used to open attachments, to skip the “Open in” step (which works on the mobile web version) for a more native looking experience.
Keep up the good work Odoo!

Not working with Odoo 10 Community
I was very happy to find out th that there's an "Official" Odoo app now.
BUT It's NOT working on community version.
I would pay for this app a fair price, however making it only available to enterprise users reflects bad ethics into forcing one to use the Enterprise version.
If I had the money for Odoo Enterprise, I would buy it , but I don't.( I'm a 2 person photography company)
Selling the app for community users would bring at least partial income, I bet there's others like me..
Nonetheless I am grateful that Odoo is out there and thanks to all who contributed in making it.
You guys Rock!
Oh well, the search is still on for good functional unofficial Odoo app :(
