three days prior to California transferring funds down for maintenance
site doesn’t work. The app doesn’t work. People don’t answer their phones. This too when California is going to transfer fund to general? Really

I called in to these offices and she told me that she sent my 12$ to the Los Angeles court house.😱😱

Can’t ask for tax notice support
This app is not friendly for anything. I do not recommend it.

Filing status
It would be nice if this app gave a filing status even if you owed taxes.

Nice option. Needs a little polish.
Obviously not a mobile first designed app. Could change the input default values to number for account numbers.
No Print button
Would be nice to have a print button at the end of the transaction where you are encouraged to print the page.

Nothing has changed since previous reviews.
There’s nothing on this app that makes it more convenient than just using the website. Definitely pass unless you don’t want to use your browser and want to be able to check your refund and make a payment within the app. You’ll still have to fill out a bunch of form fields to make a payment. If you already have an online account there’s no way to link it to this app.

FTB website says to download app, no registration required, yet when you try to make payment and it’s your first tax payment, they require prior tax returns for validation. Why is it this hard to make a payment? Retarded….

No options to use for any type of business payment.

Don’t bother
This app is absolutely useless for anything other, than forking money over. You can’t create an account, and have to log in for every button you click; you can’t find out what you owe, just options to pay.
