It's ok....

SmartDespoit is now access corrections. Smart deposit always gave me issues so hopefully Access Corrections is way better. Gave it 3 stars because I had to call the customer service 2 times first time the lady didn't tell me that that correctional facility wasn't on the list so had to call back. The man that helped me was very nice and friendly. So I will review again at a later date..

Not working

I fill out all the info then it tells me that it is currently unavailable ?? I tried MANY times , it didn't work for me .

I would give it a 5 star if it would work , I don't think I am doing anything wrong cause I tried several times .

No messages

I like the app overall, however I am disappointed that you can use the message feature from it, which I find is a key feature. All it does is direct you back to the website where you have to log in again :/ just would be a nice feature since the app is so user friendly but using a mobile browser for it isn't.

Great app except...

This app is very user-friendly simply because of the fact that it functions the same as The website. The one thing that I do not like is the fact that every time I access the app, I have to enter my login information every time. If you have a way to at least save my email address and only require me to enter my password that would be helpful. Also if you could add the option to access the app with my profile information via using the thumbprint, that would be EXTREMELY helpful.

Garbage

Where did the ability to send email and pictures disappear to? Where did the money I had to be able to send those things go? No notice no refund of money. This is ridiculous

Never works

This would probably be a good app if it actually worked. I've tried several times to make a deposit and EVERY time it tells me an error has occurred and to contact support. Deleting.
