Garbage app full of bugs
The app seldom works, the chargers never work, and customer service is useless. Complete waste of time. Worst EV charger I have used to date.

What's New in Version 2.9.2
You will now be able to charge your vehicle on free stations in Guest Mode without having to enter any payment information. You can now include your vehicle details with driver support requests made through the app. We have also added more details about station pricing in order to give you a more transparent charging experience. Registration for new users has been streamlined a bit with standardized phone number input.

Easy to use and overall great experience!
Had an issue with starting a charge. Called customer support who was able to send a remote charge over the air. I wasn’t stranded which was great.

Tesla Model 3
I would like to use your charging station but there is no ability to register for a model 3.

Pointless App
App will not allow you to login. No error message just redraws the screen. Tried guest login and the app tells me the station is unavailable. Finally called customer support. Also instructions on the chargers are wrong -- searching for "EV Connect" yield no results. Frustrating.

Broken
App will not let you create an account nor will their web portal. It tells you constantly your email already exists when it doesn't.
Tried 3 different email addresses of mine I owned.

Could be a great app once a few issues are resolved. Work in progress.
