Game won’t open after loading
I do play this game several times a day. Recently just before the update the app stopped loading. It’s has been well over a week. It will not load despite all my attempts. I am quite upset as it’s the ONLY game I play on my phone. Not sure what to do at this point. Assist?

I really like this game, but every time they do an update, they add more ads that take forever and then every once in a while freeze.
So fricking annoying. I understand ads keep if free, but come on, enough is enough.

Unable to play recent updated game
Update march 2022: most recent updates show too many adds. It’s hard enough to win a level, and frustration increases when having to watch adds afterwards. Have contemplated deleting this app several times - especially after loosing progress a few years ago in 2018
Update/ 1/27/2021: The most recent update to the app is very glitchy: it’s not recognizing the internet connection ( clear WiFi connection established) and Sits on splash screen showing 100% loaded for 30’sec. then it rolls through many error messages saying I’m not connected, takes about 1-2 min to run through this cycle. ——————————————————————— Latest 8/2018 update deleted all users accumulated rewards, hints, diamonds for lives. How will this be fixed? I know we spent $ to get extra gems and lots of time spent gaining rewards and hints. Over a week and crickets from Devs.

Not Worth It
Unless you want to see the John Rusk quote about quality a billion times, find a different game. The only way to avoid that quote is to restart your phone every. single. time. Funny how that quote is about quality and this game is lacking that very thing. Hmmm

Good game, but buggy
Update to update—for the love of God, please stop using that John Ruskin quote as a place holder in the special events. Is this meant to be a punishment for not solving the puzzle on the first try? If I see “quality is never an accident” one more time...well, let’s toss this back to try developers. If quality is never an accident, but the outcome of intelligent effort, then I question the effort being put into this game.
Update on this review—I downloaded the latest update promising to fix all the bugs and add new special events. I still cannot see the buttons for the events, rewards or quote collections on my screen. Just have the option to play the level I’m on. Sorry, but still disappointed.
I love this game, but it seems the farther you go in levels, the buggier it gets. The events, quote collections, daily gifts and game settings have disappeared completely. I did get a response back from support, but the latest update, published since then, has not fixed the problem. I don’t want to have to start all over again.

Wayyyy too many ads
I used to really love this game, but lately, the number of ads that come in between levels (and sometimes in the middle of a level while you’re playing) is ridiculous! I would love to buy this game as an ad free app, but that option is not even offered! This is so frustrating. I’m thinking about deleting this app.

Freezing awards fixed
The daily awards was not available, or opening, and freezes the app. Had to close app to restart game to play. I appreciate the response to give it a few minutes to load and it was due to a bug. It works now. Thanks again!!

161 too difficult.
I can’t tell you how much I hate the fireflies. Sometimes when I’m lucky to get them all, I never get the grass in the end.
One time when I got to solving the quote, I pressed the wrong letter and didn’t have the in game currency to try again. I was beyond furious and felt like throwing my phone.
I know it’s just a game but I enjoy playing it so much. But not so much when it comes to levels I can never seem to pass.

Love this app so much. I finished all 500 levels! I wish there were more. I look forward to the special levels! But with the new update All of my stars are gone. I’ve been trying to beat each level with 3 stars. Now they are gone. Bummer.

Fun when it works
This game is a lot of fun when it is operating correctly. Unfortunately, it is still super glitchy even after updating to latest version. Screen will freeze, making me waste a life to restart it. It will switch the wrong stones all of the time. It gets stuck open and so I am unable to accumulate new lives overnight . It is just super frustrating and a lot more trouble than any game is worth. Such a bummer.

Challenges are too difficult. Stuck on level 412. I have no access to current events and daily rewards which I have always looked forward to. It is no fun playing when you know you will not succeed. So game is a 3 star.

My favorite game. Wish I could give it a 5 but having problems since update in March. The little pink leaves now are big pink squares that keep dropping down across screen when your trying to play game on tablet. Also I was up to level 357 and opened game up the next morning. It opened at level 1. Closed & reopened and went to level 25. Please get rid of pink squares! Today on my iPhone the game went back to level 1. ????? Deleting this game.I 12/8/21
Now I’m back to level 273 & just lost the bottom of game where I get daily rewards etc.

My review sad by new update
After update on November 17, 2021 the Bold Moves app will not open on my iPhone12.
I sent the above email message to the app support on November 19, 2021 and today on November 21, 2021 the app still will not open.
I am upset because I really enjoy playing Oprah’s Bold moves app’s games and solving the encouraging messages and now that I can’t even open the app I am losing my daily prizes.
Also Oprah keeps offering this app in her Christmas favorite things and now app does not open on Apple iPhone IOS 15.
When I reached out to app support in my email this is the response I received

Thank you so much for taking the time to send us this information, we've tracked this to some IOS 15 changes within Bold Moves. Our team is looking into this but unfortunately we do not have a quick fix for the issue at this time.
I’m happy to reach back out when we have this issue resolved, though I believe this will need to be fixed in a new update we will have to release. I’m happy to reach out again once we have a fix out for this issue.

Great Concept but Game has Flaws!
In the beginning playing this game and uncovering the quotes was quite enjoyable. However, once you get to a certain point the levels consume upwards of 1-2+ weeks to solve and . As most people who play, we do so to de-stress from our hectic lives! In an effort to relieve our stressors we find ourselves purchasing additional gems and 2 (or 8) hour infinite lives that continue to run the clock and cannot be stopped/paused. I find this to be absurd! There should be a way to pause the infinite clock to allow your purchasers to cook, take care of their children, etc. without losing their hard earned cash. And to the reason why I decided to write this review....again I made another purchase a few days back and I have NO BOOSTERS that I paid for. The game tells me I’m logged in but my profile photo is now gone so there is apparently an issue with this app that is now preventing me from getting what I HAVE PAID FOR! If I want to log out and back in it tells me that my daily rewards will set back to day 1. I have literally lost more money than I even care to admit at this point. Advice, fix the issues that are essentially taking the money from your buyers, have the developers stop making the difficult levels impossible to solve (aka...controlling us for financial gain) and resolve the issue that has taken away our profile and gems and boosters we have paid to have. Otherwise I will find it necessary to remove the game and not look back. Thanks for hearing me out!

Used to love…now too many ads
I’ve played this game for years and have always really enjoyed it. Lately though the heads have gotten so bad it makes the game almost unplayable.
Literally plays an ad at the end of each level or life. And they’re ads that require multiple taps to move on. I get an ad every once in a while but this has become ridiculous.

I love playing this game. However, ‘winning’ a prize that you cannot use even after watching a crummy ad (locked lillies) is manipulative and misleading. I’m deleting the app on principle because I do not appreciate being deceived. :) Much more productive and less annoying ways to waste my time!

I’ve had this game for 1 1/2 +years. I’m not a great player but I do enjoy it. I downloaded your recent upgrade to find I can’t get into my daily rewards, the bonus games or shopping. WTHN? I hate to have to start from the very beginning. I don’t spend a lot but I do buy packages occasionally. I guess what I won’t be doing that now… no mo $$ 4 U

Where are the bonus and daily items?
Somehow all I see in the app is the regular map. The icons for daily rewards, special rounds and even purchases has disappeared from the bottom. This is both pre and post upgrade of my iPhone’s OS. While I love the game, graphics and overall variety… it really is buggy

Won’t connect to FB
This is my second time downloading this game. Sadly problems still persist. Nothing I did got me connected to FB. And I get really insulted when either an app or support blames my internet connection. I have a perfectly excellent wifi connection so the issue is, for me, clearly the app. So getting a popup saying to check my internet connection when I JUST downloaded the app in seconds & I'm watching TV w no glitches is obviously a preset popup. But when trying to connect to FB, the bar stops at about 10% & no matter how long I wait, it doesn’t proceed.
Deleted for the 2nd time. 😡

Game has gone downhill
I used to love this game and played it daily as I really enjoyed the “marathons” and special themed games. It has gotten to the point the games are so hard you cannot get beyond the first level. It never used to be that way but I think now they want you to purchase items to be able to win. What a shame, used to be so fun!

It keeps getting worse…
I’ve played this game almost daily from the time it came out and it just seems to keep getting worse. For the past three months there have been baring issues with this game. If it not the loading issue it’s something else. I’ve not been able to get daily prizes or even access that area for months now. I’ve patiently waited through 3 updates and still this issue has not been resolved. Initially I thought it may have just been me, but I see someone else is also having the same issue. And again it’s been MONTHS. All the way back to when the game wouldn’t load past 95%. I think I’ve reached the point where I must delete this game. It was good while it lasted.

Game keeps crashing
Like the game. Have been playing it a couple years. Not sure why but the daily prize icon does not work. The game freezes and I need to exit and open it back up. This has been happening for over a week now. This seems to happen often. I was at level 480 needed to delete the game reinstall and start over. Was really bummed. Thinking of deleting the game entirely and stop playing. Not worth it to start over again. Game worked great until the improvements started to occur.

I loved it when Oprah started it. When she sold it to Red, the push to buy stars and icons is too much. Now it’s just frozen. Won’t log past 95% and I’m pretty sure it’s corrupted. I still like the affirmations and the game but everything else is just screwy.

Loved the game till the ad increase
I have been playing this game for a while now and love it. But this recent update has ads playing in between each game and it is SO annoying. I understand they will most likely respond with some line about funding more content. But seriously between EVERY game. At least give us some cheap way to upgrade to ad free. Ridiculous. I bet this wouldn’t be on Oprah’s favorite things now with all these ads.

Barely a match 3 - definitely not a word game
The game is lovely to look at. Nice visual polish. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the match 3 element fun to play and I was looking for more of a word game. This should not be classified as a word game since it basically auto-fills everything for you. It is pretty to look at, but for me, fell short as a game.

Still Loading ...
I enjoy playing this game and solving some of the quotes. I’ve read some of the other reviews and think people need to remember, this is a game, that’s it, that’s all. Take it for whatever entertaining enjoyment it brings. My only “gripe” is my game uploads to a certain percentage and just stops. I’ve deleted this app from my iPhone and iPad a few times before and walked away from the game for at least a year. It still does the same thing. I’ve currently been stuck at it uploading to 95% for two weeks. None of my other games do this. Looks like it’s time to delete and find another game.

My 3rd review
I’m back again and this is my 3rd review, I’m still having fun I do purchase gems not all the time The game is challenging which I like there are some easy games then there are very difficult games. I like the challenging games ( it’s no difficult or easy you just need to use your brain) I do get frustrated from time to time which I close the game and come back later I don’t lose anything. The game had some glitches but they fixed those bugs and I haven’t had any problems. I have been playing for at least 4 years And any time I did or do have a problem I would email my concerns/ problems and they emailed me back and fixed my problems within in a day 👍👍😊. I still love this game

Update: Good but frustrating
After my review I quickly received correspondence from the company wanting to address my concerns. They went well above and beyond to help. The customer service takes me back to the late 80s when customer service was impeccable and a major strategy for companies. They gave me tips and were kind and considerate and generous. I will say I would no longer hesitate to spend $ on this game going forward so they have a loyal customer now! Thank you Lindsey!
This game is a great concept but I’ve been stuck on A level for over a month now and it is impossible to get past. There are bugs too for example you swipe right and it moves left and causes you to lose the move. You also have no way to earn gems to “buy” power ups. There are no incentives for clearing a level or earning a piece of the pie. You get points but the mean nothing. This game could be so great but truly misses the mark. I would pay for the game if it was properly designed.

Good but Challenging
A great game with an uplifting and beautiful aesthetic. As gem crusher games go this is one of the most polished I’ve ever seen. However, as the levels go on they become more and more challenging. In later levels to can take days to weeks to complete a certain level. You will lose a lot of games but if you persevere you can eventually win. In the end if you want a challenge, this game is for you. (Just a note: This game lets you buy boosts with extra money and also lets you get boosts by watching ads. I would recommend not spending extra money on boosts because they don’t alway give you a win.)

Lack of reward
It is extremely difficult or impossible to get any kind of bonus or extra points. I have had 8 credits or whatever they are called for just about ever. I started when the game was brand new. I have had 8 of them and I need 9 to get more play or moves or whatever it gives and my only option is to use my real money to buy more. I make it a rule not to spend money on my online games.
Where other games are way more generous in gifts or bonuses or power ups, whatever you want to call them, this game is very stingy. Which surprises me because that is SO not who Oprah has been!
Please start getting more generous!! I play every day!

So many glitches...
Updated review: This is the 2nd update they've made since my original review. Not sure what they updated, but nothing has changed on my end. All issues are the same. I used to LOVE this game, and now I'm close to just deleting it because it seems that nobody can fix the problem.
I've already made a review, so I won't type everything that's wrong again. Now, I can't access the store at all. As soon as I do, the game freezes and crashes. EVERY time. I never spend money in games, but I do in the game because it's amazing. But dang, fix the glitches for once. PLEASE. It's annoying when I beat a hard level, just for the game to crash and doesn't count the fact that I won. This has happened several times. For as much money that Oprah has, you'd think she'd pay the creators of this game enough to fix things like this.

Difficult to advance
I love the message and the challenge to get to the phrase. However if someone has tried for weeks and sometimes months to get past a section, please provide alternative ways to advance. Example level 202 has been months trying to get all the flowers. I can solve the phrase but if you could also solve it by having the letters available to select you would still have the challenge and not the frustration of never getting all the flowers before being able to solve the phrase. I know others get stuck on levels and start all over again. I have over 700 days continuously and think that is a little unfair that the only answer is start from the beginning. You could also put option to skip a phrase. Thanks for challenging us but please mKe it worth out time to learn and Share.

Annoyingly Difficult
I’m very good at these types of games and play ones I enjoy for years. This one has a good concept however, just like multiple other reviews, it’s too hard to where it becomes unenjoyable to play. Boosters should ALWAYS help in a game and these ones don’t on many levels. Other levels, it’s apparent that no amount of strategy will help you win; you are literally at the mercy of getting that exact game that allows you to win (which takes a very long time to come across). Luckily, I am not a person who will spend money to get more of anything. I’ll just move onto another game until I get more lives to play. I’ll give this a few more weeks but will most likely delete since it seems as if the same issues have been noted and haven’t been fixed over the last couple of years.

Set up to fail
I feel like the game doesn’t allow you the same opportunities as it grants itself. It doesn’t provide even enough of the items you are trying to gather to solve the puzzle before you run out of allotted moves. When trying to solve it sometimes doesn’t even have combinations to eliminate so it has to reset the board while you losing moves trying to create a booster to clear the board. It’s like it’s trying to bait you into buying combo packs. I’m not sure but I think this game is cleverly created to bait you into purchases. It’s not that difficult of game but board sets make it difficult to clear especially when using combinations of boosters to clear difficult stages. Disappointing but addictive, I’ve already spent $20 then the game freezes I lost cleared stages up to 101, purchased gems and collected boosters plus lives, because I had to reset the game sending me back to level 1. Contacted customer service with no response.

Glitches at higher levels
I agree with the others. It’s a fun game and having quotes is a bonus. I’ve been playing for almost two years. The frustration comes from not having enough resources to complete a game even when buying them. The levels get so hard it takes weeks to complete because there aren’t enough tools or the right tools or enough moves, etc. For example, you’ll get a game where you need a butterfly and you can’t even buy one and the gifted ones come rarely.
Currently, the glitch is in on level 430 something
and it takes me to 25. I don’t want to restart.
Again, lower levels are quite fun

Fun but takes sometime to figure out the game.
I mean for the most part it is a really good game. Not too difficult and honestly I have a crush that I’m trying to get over. That’s the main reason that I downloaded the app. It really helped me. It made my heart feel warm inside and the quotes r sooo pretty. If I could make an app like this I would be really proud of myself. But there is always a but to all games... like still download it but be aware that if u try solve and get a letter wrong in like the beginning of the game and u have no idea what it is and u get a letter wrong it will cost u a life. Otherwise pretty good game. I suggest it to all my friends who needs some support after a heart break or just doesn’t believe that they r good enough and let’s be honest. We all need that. This game is a fun inspirational game. Plz download it.. cuz somewhere in our hearts we’re all feeling heartache or self doubt. This is the pep to my step and I hope it becomes your’s

Impossible to play
I loved this game at first...the wonderful graphics and the affirmations were so up-lifting. That is, until I played on and found the just about every third level was a “difficult” one. And by difficult, they mean next to impossible. I ha e stopped on a level where you only have 23 (I think) moves and the power ups are pretty much useless. You are supposed to drop four or five acorns down to the bottom which you have to clear away with three successful matches each, “un-trap” the acorns at the top which is done by getting exactly the right combination to be able to move them over and down and out of the grid. I have been “playing” this for weeks, can not be lucky enough to have it all fall into place in a magical combo, can not move forward, and it is no longer fun and relaxing but stressful and frustrating. I am deleting this game and reclaiming my time!

Don’t you WANT me to play this for hours and hours?
I’m asking because, you make it really difficult to play more than 15 or 20 minutes. Let me compare to candy crush: in that game the boosters are simple, very intuitive. You can swap places, or knock a candy out completely. In this game the boosters are not intuitive. And, you don’t earn them often enough. Some levels take me days, or weeks in your game. In candy crush I can earn enough to move through difficult levels, by saving up boosters which makes me want to keep playing, which means that I have to watch more of their ads, which makes the game company owners happy. I guess what I’m saying is, make the boosters more intuitive, (they don’t all have to be weather related), and give me the opportunity to play for a longer period of time each day. If you do that, the game will be great.

Shame on Oprah
Was happy with this game in the beginning. Really haven’t made it to Level 100 yet and also feeling frustrated. Which for a game that has all these beautiful quotes and fluttery animations, is a clear contradiction. The way the tiles fall don’t really feel random. Say an acorn should drop straight down setting me up for a win they will suddenly bobble over like a pinball machine. That’s just one of the things I’ve noticed. I was surprised that Oprah would attach her name to something that is clear meant to hook you into spending more money. Instead of making it a free game I wish they’d charge a bit up front and not make it impossible to move on. Thought maybe it was me until I read some of the other reviews.

It’s a love/hate thing
There is previous review by “Queen Pro” (Dec 5) that I absolutely agree with. But let me add some worse for the wear...last week I had a 378 day streak, on level 500 and had completed the “Spring Special” games. The game blinked, then buffered. Next thing I new, I was knocked back to level 341, day 48 and no history of completing the Spring Special. I sent a message to the Help Desk. The response said to reset through Facebook to recover. I signed up through my email because I didn’t want my Facebook contacts to keep getting messages to play this game, nor notified when I am playing. I feel like I’m being punished.

Fun but too frustrating
Sadly I am deleting this game. I SO wanted to keep going because it is enjoyable, but the frustration outweighs the enjoyment. I have no idea who reads these but if the developers do here are my suggestions:
1.Do NOT make the difficult levels so hard that if takes weeks to master them (I have been playing level 180 for at least two weeks and have not even come close to passing)
2. Lives refresh too slowly - it should not take 20” to get 1 new life.
3. The boosters that are offered daily are virtually worthless since I have to choose to use them BEFORE the game even starts. All the other games that I play let me use boosts as needed throughout the game.
4. The boosts that CAN be used during the game are not terribly useful and are usually only collected at the end of a chapter (which takes weeks to finish).

Really enjoyable, but...
I really do enjoy playing this game a lot. But, there seems to be a couple of things that gets under my skin at times. When playing some levels, it’s redundant to use any boosters, like when trying to break tiles. Especially when trying to use the “daisy” and the “sunflower” together, that’s supposed to clear pretty much all tiles , but this varies from time to time. I fully aware this game is all about a challenge, but apparently it’s all about a profit as well. It’s geared to making you purchase extra lives or boosters to even try and complete certain levels. Also, it just takes tooooo long to get the “Full” status to continue on with more lives. I do love playing this game, but even if the time decreases to get your five full lives again, the game can be near perditions play. Well...almost.

Too many bugs!!
I am so annoyed with this game that I am inclined to remove it from my phone! Half the time it takes multiple tries to even get it to properly initialize and download data. Often it “downloads” but takes me to an unknown level and says there are more to come. If I reboot multiple times, I eventually may get back to the level I was playing. Some levels are just TOO hard! I have been on level 154 for months now and am at the point of giving up - not just because it is a challenge, but it is getting boring playing the same level over and over. The game freezes often, stopping the game and eliminating that life.
This could be a GREAT game, but the bugs are just too much!

Trauma survivor warning
The one review I just read was titled “enjoyable to a point” I have to agree with that. I enjoyed many aspects of this game but continue to be concerned that Oprah would put her name on a game that triggers trauma survivors. Certain levels of the game contain vines that continue to grow and overtake the gameplay if you do not make matches to get rid of them. It becomes intensely overwhelming because there is no way to stop the vines if you don’t match up of them. They continue to grow and grow and grow and you can’t even get to them until you clear other stuff out of the way. Or somebody who is a victim of assault, Being powerless over the hand they are dealt, And no matter what they do to stop the attacker, the vines just keep coming. I have spent weeks on certain levels to pass them. I am at level 13for and it is creating more anxiety in enjoyment at this point. The other posts mention the power ups being different than other games. I have been frustrated with those as well because I have use them and they don’t work or the blocked areas. When you use it to make a tile Disappear on top of something, that’s literally all it does is disappear. You have to match three to make something go away. I have wasted a lot of power ups thinking it was going to remove a blocked area and all he did was get rid of tiles.

Love the concept and continues to improve
I concur with my last review. Still 4 stars and I’d love to give it 5. I’ve been stuck on level 227 for over 2 weeks in spite of using tons of extras paid and gifted, to try and pass it. I’m going to once again delete the app and probably download it again in another 6 months. I’m hoping they will correct the difficult levels, to make them somewhat passable, so I can continue to play....
I love Oprah! I also love the inspiration of the game. I would encourage others to download it as it is lots of fun to a certain point. This is the 3rd time I’ve downloaded it... I’ve deleted this game from my iPhone twice before. In the past it’s gotten challenging to the point I can’t go on. I’m not new to match 3 games... I’m in the thousands on levels on candy crush and gardenscapes. I’m excited the rewards system is being improved. I haven’t been able to download them and have been stuck on a level for quite some time. I was going to delete the game again, until I saw the latest update. I want to encourage the developers to continue their good work in making improvements. It’s a great start!

Fun if you have money to spend
I love the concept of this game and the quotes and the images. Just some levels are literally impossible to pass without spending money on extra lives or help - and once you get to some of the cactus and firefly levels it takes all your lives just to figure out how it works. I like playing the levels that are actually solvable within five lives. But I refuse to spend any more money just to pass a gane’s next level. I also find it very hard to see the numbers in the areas that show how many of each thing you need to collect to pass some levels. A little bit bigger font would be appreciated. But overall a very enjoyable and calming game.

Kind of relaxing
The music, graphics and quotes are relaxing and motivational. Some levels seem overly difficult without using power ups which seems to encourage us to spend money for those or gems for extra lives. I wish I could see how many lives I had while I’m in a level. I also wish that we could earn some gems during game play like after completing levels and that gem packs were cheaper. Also, the endless lives bonus - would be great if you could pick when that is used. There are many times where I get that bonus but am not able to play for 2 hours straight. If we can’t select, at least if the time was frozen when the app is closed, that would be good.

Enjoy the Restarts~
I enjoy this app. I have rated a FOUR because that’s how many times I’ve had to start over. You can never really save your progress. If you mess up your phone or have to uninstall the app for any reason...No matter how you saved it you still lose your progress on the game. It’s funny because it saves your progress on the daily award but it won’t save your progress in the game. Have tried signing in with the Facebook app I have tried signing in with an email it doesn’t matter. It’s still does not save your progress. Even one of their techs told me that. You would think if you signed in with Facebook it would keep your progress like any other game...Not this one. 😩 otherwise it’s Great!

Disappointed with support
There were a couple of glitches as I made my way thru to level 174. I made it thru the horrible fireflies and ridiculous difficult levels without having to buy any boosts, mostly because of the “daily reward” that gave me 1, 2, and then 3 rewards everyday when I didn’t miss a day of clicking on it. I had 20-30 of each boost (butterflies, sunflowers, and the other one that looks like drops, as well as almost 60 hints to solve the puzzle). Then I got to level 140, where my daily reward froze. I could still click on it and get the reward, but it was the same for days and days - day 140. I emailed customer support and they fixed it, but I was started over at the beginning level. So I complained again, and they “fixed” it again, this time, I lost all the boosts I had accumulated. I liked the game, but not the glitches, and not the “fixes” that were applied. I deleted it. I would advise not getting too involved or too deep at the risk of losing it all. It’s not the end of the world, just a game, but quite frustrating.

Fun again!
Updated rating to reflect thoughtful resolution to the problem. It would be 5 but The game does have occasional glitches which can be very frustrating. In this last issue, if communication/response had been more prompt it might have felt less frustrating. Anyway, everything is worked out and I am a much happier camper (-:
The game is fun, but the functions are deteriorating. First all of my accumulated coins disappeared. I closed out the screen and opened it up again and the coins reappeared but ALL of the boosters (Irises, Daisies, butterflies etc.) disappeared (about six months of accumulated gifts) and when I started a new game to see what would happen, all of the tornadoes and thunder bolts and in-game boosters had disappeared too.
I have sent 3 detailed requests to the support desk including screen shots, and have not been responded to yet.
Tonight, the lives did not regenerate at their usual rate. After not playing for several hours, (a minimum of four sand a half hours) I opened the game and only 2 out of the 5 lives had regenerated.
I would love to report this to support but for whatever reason they have not responded to my other requests do it just seems stupid to try anymore with them.
I am just wondering if anybody else is having these problems?

Latest update took all my bonus boosters
I love this game. But it looks like the latest update cleared my booster history - again. I had nearly 70 of each: butterflies, rain drops, sunflowers and lilies. Since the update, I’m back at ZERO. After earning them by visiting daily, it doesn’t seem fair to lose them because of an update!
Love this game but need the for the hard levels. This should not happen!
And for all the naysayers who are offended that you only get 5 lives and then have to wait a while: this is a brilliant way to NOT get people addicted to games. I have never purchased, nor will I ever purchase, anything from a game. If you do, and then get upset, here’s a tip: walk away from the game and your phone! Go outside. Do something. If you are that upset that you can’t play a GAME, you have a problem.
And, yes it gets hard. If you enjoy the quotes and the inspiration makes you feel good, keep playing. Begrudging Oprah and the app developers for it getting hard makes you sounds like a baby. It’s a GAME. Keep playing and eventually the algorithm with max you out and you will pass the level. Don’t like it, delete the app.

Love Hate... then Love Relationship
I love this game on so many levels. Beautiful and diverse graphics. Ever changing levels with coordinating, nature themed special effects. Inspirational quotes (yet at times cheesy and grammatically incorrect). A wheel of fortune element to solve the quotes. Special event levels to earn more power ups. And ever-growing levels to be able to continue playing. All of this is awesome; however, I had built up between 35–40 power-ups (butterfly, Starfall, Lily, Sunflower) and 25-30 letter hints, and one day when I logged in, they were all set back to zero! Also, for the daily reward, you used to get more of the waterfall, Starfall, tornado, and lightning bolt; however, now to get these, you have to pay for them. Love this game, just wish it didn’t erase what I had built up!
UPDATE: I emailed the support team, and they got back to me within the timeframe stated, were super nice, restored all of my lost boosts, and even threw in a few extra for my trouble! I was super surprised and very grateful!

Bold Moves
I love this app; very challenging. However, it takes too long to eliminate the pieces. I’ve solved the word portion long before I can get rid of the clear covers or stone covered grass. The boosts aren’t strong enough to crack them and just pass right over in many instances. Do you have a set number of days that you require one to work at clearing the board? It does require purchasing additional moves, sometimes twice! I do become irate to the point of deleting when I update and you remove all of the boosts that I’ve acquired along the way; soooooo very wrong of you!!! This is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of 5. Fix these issues and I’ll be happy to give that 5 rating. I normally don’t rate anything, but I want to continue playing this.

Unfortunate
I have played this game for 2 yrs almost every day ( about 97%). I enjoy the inspirational phrases at the end of a successful game....
However; level 395 was too difficult!!! I searched online to get guidance but only found a few levels that were lower than level 30.
I dared NOT to contact customer support because I have contacted them 3x in the last 2 years and if/when I received a reply; the customer rep. wrote “...I assure you that all levels can be completed and that a player does not have to purchase extra boosters/game packs to complete a level. NO support or guidance how to actually complete a difficult level without boosters!!! Actually the responses were arrogant and made me feel that it was me and no guidance was shared!!! Last time when I contacted them (again it only has been 3x in 2 years); I received no answer at all!!!
AND I am here to share with embarrassment that I had/have to purchase boosters/game packs.
After many many weeks I finally beat level 395 but only by purchasing another booster pack and I had to use ALL of the purchased boosters and gems!!! ....and still have not heard back from customer support!!
Ending on a positive note; yes I bought way too many game packs!!! But the normal or easy levels are enjoyable to play and complete. I enjoy the daily booster giveaway and the inspirational quotes is one of the reasons why I have not deleted this game; ...yet.

I am embarrassed to say it was my fondness for Oprah that led me to this game. The game is enjoyable simply because it is challenging but not difficult enough to make yourself crazy with a game on your phone. However, I occasionally get cheated out of money. Every now and then when attempting to purchase more lives with gems I own, it will have some kind of error. I will make the choice again to get my lives. This time it will work but it will have taken the gems twice but only give 5 lives. The same has happened when I have attempted to buy 5 more moves. This all happens inside the game not when I am logging in to iTunes. I am a little disgusted. Oprah does not need to cheat me. If I know it happens, your people know it happens. Shame on you.

Boosters functionality that make sense!!!
I think someone needs to revisit the functionality of the boosters and how they clear items in game. For example it makes no sense that the boosters can clear the cherry blossoms but the player does not get credit. Or that when combining power ups/boosters it does not override stupid built in functions and clears out or at least contributes to completing the challenge. In addition the challenges don’t even provide instructions on how they should be removed once you get farther in the game. Even if this doesn’t not appear at the beginning of the round it should at least be accessible in the help section. Also there are times when very few letters are also provided during the challenges. Overall the boosters should be more useful and powerful in completing challenge objectives and clearing out board items. At this point the game is becoming a bit absurd in its functionality! It’s as though the person creating the algorithms had computer knowledge but lacked simply common sense. Not sure I will keep this much longer!!!

It’s fun but ehh...
It’s a fun game and the boosters are a great bonus but once you spend gems, that’s it. It doesn’t give you the option of watching an ad to get credited a free life or gems to save up to purchase various boosters or lives. You get 50 gems at the start and if you log onto Facebook you get 50 more gems but unless you spend actual money, you do not earn gems on levels or watch ads to get a life. Every other game I’ve ever played gives you the chance to watch videos to get gems or lives so if you spend your coins that’s it. No other opportunities to get them or lives and I’m not gonna spend my hard earned money in a game just because it doesn’t give you ways to earn either or. Needs some improvement for sure but it is fun when you do have lives and such.

I’m a individual (senior) who had battle in school due to I’m dyslexia & back then when I attended school they had not come up with ways to assist those of us with dyslexia. I had to secretly place a mirror in front of my book to read. Secretly had a compact mirror to read due to the reflection would assist me to read the letters in the correct format. So this game is wonderful, but for me it timed out to soon before I can place the letters due to my thinking process. I do love the game, my section is give a bit more time to allowing those of us who can not spell quickly or process as fast as others. Thank you & I enjoy your television show. God Bless.

Fun, challenging, multiple games in one, and inspiring
Update: Okay, I've reached the levels with the Fireflies (163 currently). They are almost impossible to get, not to mention other challenges on the same level with them. It's become no fun and I'll be deleting. I like the concept of the game, but several improvements are needed and axe the fireflies! Others have mentioned my other complaints: no easy to access, while in the game, to explanation of what lightening, water falling, etc do. No Bonuses that give you 2 hours of playtime free, etc. It takes a long time to load and a long time to get more lives. It was fun, now it's just frustrating.
Original: I'm enjoying this new game for me. Kind of combines progressive matching challenges with a figure out the words for the phrase, which gives you a quote from someone notable as a positive reinforcement. As with so many games, I wish it were easier to get points for getting past hard levels. I hate the timed ones and seems impossible on some of those.

Fun, then Hard!
I love the variety and the new features that appear as I work my way up through the levels. I get stuck on levels for days sometimes. The level I am stuck on right now I think impossible! At least without spending money on the game. I successfully completed the last Special Levels but have no idea where my 10 gems that was part of the reward went. I won’t be able to complete the Mother’s Day Special levels because I can’t get past level 5 of 8! Other than that, it is a fun game. Too bad there isn’t a way to back up a step, so when you make a move and then right away see that there was a better move available, you can undo it!

Fun, but
The game is a great combo of puzzles and word play, however you have to use your power ups extremely carefully or you'll have nothing by level 20. I actually deleted the app and started over with the intention of not using any power ups until absolutely necessary and I think I got to level 84 before I had to use any, however, it took a while since I had to wait for lives to refill. You will HAVE to buy more power ups for this game or else you won't complete any levels without numerous attempts/days. Also, they are glitchy with the power ups. I completed a special limited time event and it only gave me half of my prize ☹️ I wish there was a way to get power ups more easily without paying

Awesome, but maybe a little too difficult
I love this game. Bravo. Love the music, the sounds, the power ups, colors, you name it! I have only two issues. 1 - I can’t remember what all the helpers do (i.e. tornado, water, lightening) so it would be helpful to have an explanation when you tap on them so you don’t have to waste it; and 2 - sometimes it can be too hard. I’m on one level now that I can’t get past and am getting ready to give up and delete the app - level 86 isn’t listed as “hard” but I’ve been trying for two weeks now. If A level is too hard I find myself only playing once or twice a day. I’ve kept it this long because I love the concept. Almost a home run 🤗. UPDATE - I think you should get credit for the power ups that you still have left after solving the puzzle, they should be allowed to play out. Just a suggestion. Still love it. I had to start over because i got a new phone and it didn’t copy over like the rest of my apps, so I lost all my daily gifts as well as progress but that’s okay.

I enjoy playing the game but there are a few things that cause me some annoyance. Sometimes you’re stuck on a level for over two weeks at a time despite buying boosters and other things offered within the App. The other issue I have is not getting credit if you miss a day. Sometimes I’m busy all day and may forget to log in and the game puts you back at day 1. Also, I tried installing on another device and it worked fine for a while then I got a message/error saying “Bold Moves has stopped working “ I had to delete the game and start all over from the beginning. I hope they fix these glitches because I do enjoy playing the game.

Thought these bugs were fixed
I gave it a 3 star earlier but now I'm taking two back. I finally solve level 160 and guess what happens exactly right after before I can solve the saying....this stupid games freezes p and I have to turn off my iPad , which starts it over from the beginning. So I start and buy 2hrs of life and i have 5 of he fireflies wings flapping run out of moves tries to get more utilizing the things I purchased and it's saying I can't connect to try again. I try again 4 times and now it is frozen again and the only thing frozen is the actual game not the purchase I made to have two hrs of unlimited life. The to e is ticking down and I can't do anything but watch my $ go to waste yet again. It's happened many times before. Fix these bugs for goodness sakes !!! 26 Feb: still with the foolery. I do enjoy this game however it is really starting to frustrate me ... Locking up and not connecting to the internet.

BEND OVER AND HAND THEM THE LUBE!!!!!!!!!
I fell in love with this game, but it didn't take but an hour of playing before that message of " oops your out of lives" came up, then of course the game wanted me to buy "lives" in order to continue playing! I can't stand games that try to force me to spend money. I'm much more incline to spend it when someone isn't trying to coax me with candy, so to speak.
There are just way to many fun games out there that I can turn to for entertainment that don't require me to spend a dime if I don't want to.
I was also very surprised that this game has Oprah's company behind it. I never thought she would be the type of person to put her name on a game such as this, considering she came from nothing and knows what it's like for a lot of people out there that don't necessarily have a lot of money to be throwing around on games. Oh well.
As much as I love this game, it's gotta go!
In the meantime I will be in search of a game similar to this that doesn't require spending a lot of coin.

Fix the app
I have been playing this game for a few years and contrary to other comments I have not had to spend one cent to move up a level. I get stuck on levels for several weeks but then I eventually pass it. The reason I’m writing this review is because there is this annoying feature I hope the engineering team can fix. I listen to music on while playing this app and the app always turns down the music I am playing. Other apps do not do this. I have turned off the music and sounds in Bold moves thinking this is the issue but it still lowers my music from Apple Music. How long will it take for you all to fix it?? I am willing to change my rating to 5 if this gets fixed.

Way too expensive!
This game was fun at first but if you want to continue to the next levels you need to buy boosters. There is absolutely no way to complete many of the levels without purchasing a booster. Believe me I tried. Boosters are almost $5. Unreal. Love the concept that you get a positive affirmation and quote from Oprah after you complete each level, and you get to solve puzzles like wheel of fortune (once you completed all the tasks) but you need Oprah kind of money if you want to continue to play. She may be giving away cars, but she certainly isn’t giving anything away in this app. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Oprah, but I was spending way too much money on this app so ended up deleting it. There are plenty of other fun games out there for less. And you can always google positive quotes and affirmations for free! Having a game that spreads positivity is such wonderful concept but apparently positive vibes are only getting spread to the rich folks who can afford to play this game. Would be awesome if teens could afford to play and read all these positive messages. The game is genius, but I had hoped for a little more generosity and compassion from our beloved Oprah.

Enjoyable to a point
Clever of Oprah to combine elements of three popular games-Wheel of Fortune, Candy Crush and Trivial Pursuit. The power ups are a little different and the game itself is just difficult enough to be challenging without hanging the player up for weeks on end. . .until the Fireflies enter the field. Pardon my pun but I feel there is definitely a “bug” in the system here. The first level they appeared I passed the level without even knowing how I did it. The next level had me hung up for weeks, watching every tutorial I could find, copying the moves over and over without passing the level. I contacted support and was given a “pass” on that level but of course the next level included fireflies and it was no easier. The game was no longer enjoyable so I deleted the app and my progress of over 160 levels and started over - in hopes that all the complaints by other users would prompt an adjustment in the game. I guess I will find out when I get to that level again. If I see no improvement I will delete and find another app. Of course there are plenty of matching games to choose from; it’s just a shame that this one has some great unique features going for it.

HARD & $$$$
This game is most HARDEST game. It almost possible to get all tile/cube solve. The word puzzle is easy but not tile/cube. You have to have lot of gem and helper/booster to beat the tough level. So that meant you have to buy lot of gem and helper/booster or you stuck on same level for verrrrry looooong time. It will boring you faster. I refuse pay because it will eat my wallet easy!! Because gems and booster is very $$$$. Not worthy. Other game is cheaper and more fun because it not that very hard as this and more cheaper. Also it hook me play more than this game. I more likely will delete this apps because toooo pricy!!

This game like many others have a point where difficulty rises like night to day!!!! It is a scam trying to get you to spend money. The model is probably owned by a casino. It sickens me that Oprah does not offer free prizes for the disabled and seniors. As much money as this woman has and yet she can’t figure out or lt is greed or she simply does not care. Some elderly and disabled are on limited incomes. If
one practiced what were in all the saying there would not be a money component for the elderly and disabled that are on limited incomes. People in their 50’s and 60’s that just found out they have Lou Gehrig disease. Mentally impaired that pass their time with games. I could give 100 plus examples. Don’t get it twisted this would not be a hand out. It would be someone having enough courage to offer a non profit game for certain folks who will die soon anyways. Shame on you all who participate in casino type games!!!!!!!!!!

Bold moves
Love the game, don't like the chance to solve and freezing up is annoying. However I like the challenge. 👍🏽 I wish you could get more lives quicker. And less freezing up and more chances to win. It makes it sometimes so difficult that your left with no moves because game is keeping moves away from dropping. So how is that fair, it's not even challenging, it's frustrating annoying. I'm recovering from surgery, however the game has me so upset it's not relaxing or fun anymore. Which is a shame. You can be challenging and fun, just not so deceptive. It takes so long to get lives, unless we purchase. Some of us don't have the funds. How it always comes down to money$$$$$$$$$$ create a game, fun to play, it's free then tell everyone it's free but nothing is free!! Hopefully fix the bugs in game. Thank you

Fun, positive and challenging game!
I love this game and can’t get enough of playing. At first I did have a few issues with some of the bugs that others have complained about; but now I don’t. You have to have patience just like you do with any new thing that you are learning how to use. “Patience” is something we all appear to lack in this crazy time of the world. Get some folks! It has a help tab, it has a support tab and both can help you it you need some of the features explain or if you have system issues. I am at level 84 and enjoying the game. The levels do get challenging and just when you think you can’t figure it out you get it. I once stayed on one level for 4-5 weeks while working on it for a few hours a day ( during my work commute or at bedtime). I love the positive affirmations and email and text to my friends and family for motivation and support and also to myself for reflection.

Inspiration and empowerment at its finest
I thoroughly enjoy playing this game. The quotes are what I need to help guide me on my individual journey in life. There are a few glitches in the game where it freezes just as I have finally won a level, leading me to restart the app and therefore the level (as if I never completed it). Another enhancement that would be beneficial is the option to solve once you run out of moves. This option is available, however I often accidentally hit the start over button before I realize I could have solved the puzzle. This issue could be resolved by moving the solve button to the bottom where it could easily be seen or providing a 2 step confirm option when clicking start over; preferable a reminder that the solve option is open in that second step before confirming to start over. As the game is now, I habitually hit the start over button and formed habits die hard.
