Can't do my job from the iPad like had been able to for years. Since latest update once connected I can no longer RDP to computers. Looks like others are having the same problem.

LICENSING AND INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIREMENTS:
You must have an active AnyConnect Plus, Apex or VPN Only term/contract to utilize this software. Use is no longer permitted for older Essentials/Premium with Mobile licensing. AnyConnect may never be used with non-Cisco headends.
Trial AnyConnect Apex (ASA) licenses are available for administrators at www.cisco.com/go/license
AnyConnect for iOS requires Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) Boot image 8.0(4) or later.
Per App VPN requires ASA 9.3(2) or later (5500-X/ASAv only) with Plus, Apex or VPN Only licensing and a minimum Apple iOS version of 10.x.

Cisco AnyConnect provides reliable and easy-to-deploy encrypted network connectivity from any Apple iOS by delivering persistent corporate access for users on the go. Whether providing access to business email, a virtual desktop session, or most other iOS applications, AnyConnect enables business-critical application connectivity. Through the use of Datagram Transport Layer Security (DTLS), TCP-based applications and latency-sensitive traffic (such as voice over IP [VoIP]) are provided an optimized communication path to corporate resources.
Additionally, AnyConnect support IPsec IKEv2 with Next Generation Encryption.

- DTLS provides an optimized connection for TCP-based application access and latency-sensitive traffic, such as VoIP traffic

- Policies can be preconfigured or configured locally, and can be automatically updated from the VPN headend

- Administrator-controlled split / full tunneling network access policy
- Per App VPN (TCP and UDP) - MDM controlled

What's New in Version 4.0.7074
Bug fix: CSCvc35923 - AC fails to inform users that they must open AC to sync an updated profile.
In addition, this resolves an issue where the user has to leave the AnyConnect app in order to perform a two-factor authentication; this will prompt the user to re-launch the app if additional user interaction is required, e.g. to accept a banner prompt.
For these functions to operate, you must allow AnyConnect to send notifications. You will receive this prompt upon upgrading or installation.
Migration Note: Uninstalling the Legacy AnyConnect app may leave configuration data that is visible from the iOS system VPN settings and cannot be removed from there or from this new app. In order to remove these settings, reinstall the Legacy AnyConnect app, open the legacy app and from the Diagnostics/Profile panel delete the current profile, also you can delete old imported certificates from Diagnostics/Certificates, and finally remove any manually added connections from Home/Connections, then uninstall the Legacy AnyConnect app.

I am able to connect to my work thru legacy, this app shows that i am connected to network but when i access my workstation thru RD client it says you are not connected.
Unable to select installed user certificate

I installed a user certificate via mail and confirmed the cert is installed under Profiles and Device Management. However I'm not able to select the cert in Advanced settings. And Automatic doesn't find it. Legacy AnyConnect is able to see the installed user certificate.
User controlled per-app vpn ?!

First of all this app is very useful for my daily use and thanks for the updates.
It would be very useful (atleast for me) if there was a user controlled per-app vpn, is there any chance that we could see such a feature in the future?! 🤔
Also as mention in other reviews, thumbs up for touchID authenticatin.

My company installs VPN profiles using MDM and this app does not support the profiles added for the original (legacy) AnyConnect app. It also doesn't support MDM added certificates. As such this app can't be used if your company adds certificates or VPN servers though MDM.
