I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. This is really nice of the company. Got a lot of nice stuff from them. Thanks

Disable the audio! App still stops any audio playing to show the neon T-Mobile sign on non-Tuesdays. INCREDIBLY ANNOYING!
I love T-Mobile Tuesdays, best day of the week. My only complaint is the app hijacks the audio. It's super annoying while listening to a podcast or music and I want to check what's coming next week only to have the audio I'm listening to stop. I've turned off the sound in the app settings but it still stops what ever I'm listening to. It's a tiny annoyance but I hope it gets fixed. Thanks T-Mobile. :-)

It has downgraded in my opinion

Was good, now rewards are terrible. I only actually use 1 reward around every 2 months. Get better stuff like before. Bring back the old T-Mobile Tuesdays that wasn't just digital magazines and coupons worse than ones I can just buy online. Don't give retarded rewards like groupon gift cards, because then I spend like 30 minutes trying to redeem it, but everything I am somewhat interested in is the excluded. Bring back the $25 zappos gift card, that was awesome. Also free pizza once a month is nice too, but it only happens for like 1 out of every 5 months.

it started working. T-Mobile responded to me on one of their posts about TTs and said that they basically had a flood of people using the app. It's working now and I got my free stuff. Woo hoo!
EDIT: The notifications don't work any longer. I'll uninstall the app try again and reset the settings to show a banner and turn on push notifications. It doesn't work. Everything else is fine though.

Free movie rentals don't always work.

This is the 5th time I've used codes for free rental, and when I actually go to watch it, there's an error code, or says expired, mind you this is the same Tuesday as I receive the code. I've even downloaded it to my phone, (because we all know T-Mobile does NOT reach everywhere, regardless of their map) and when I go to watch it, it starts to re-download, but now with one bar, or no service. This has happened with fandango now 3 times and vudu 2 times now. Good but wasted effort T-mobile. Deleted the app. Tired of the tease.

I hate being directed to create accounts for everything and getting spam mail just to claim the free gifts. Sure they give me a $4 movie but I have to first create an account with vudu. Sure they give me a free Ebook but I have to create an account for bookstore.com

This app is total crap.

They only offer promotions to horrible food restaurants, partially paid movie tickets and unnecessary coupons for things that you just don't need...but if you're into that kind of thing, this app is perfect. But it makes me feel less of this company. I mean, it is a corporation and they don't care about the well-being of their customers other than what can make them more money. What else can you expect?

Version 3.6.0
Gifts either not valid in my area, (Dunkin Donuts) or Sold Out (1 year free magazine subscription). Very disappointed in this, but I did not pay for it, well maybe I do by being a customer of T-Mobile for so long. Oh well, live and learn.
Tried again, spun wheel, it stopped on $5k national park trip, I got excited, next second, wheel slipped to free magazine. It it obvious that prizes are preordained. I am sure that just like the free movie rental, I will be required to input my credit card info in order to get it. Nope.

The app started out great giving good useful prizes, but now the prizes are all really obscure and random. Alongside the fact that you have to update the app every other time you use it, the app has become incredibly annoying to use.

There's no way to get any decent prizes. Used the app today and it was a spin the wheel version. Spun the wheel and it landed on the $5k for a national park trip. Then out of no where it moves to the free National Geographic magazine prize. If you made an app for customer appreciation, how about not screwing customers over with it?

Seems like that's the major price every week
Cause that's what we really want and need
And then you add the "gloat now" button? Like really?
That's just a slap to the face!!
And everything is already chosen for you..you don't even have to play the little mini games or spin the wheel
Just go to "my stuff" and it's already there
No need in getting your hopes up when playing or spinning a wheel

Easy to us app. I love the free digital magazines, free pizza, especially the movie tickets. I don't don't mind the tickets aren't free but we are talking only $4 for a blockbuster movie!! Wonder Woman, Planet of the Apes, etc. I'd rather pay $4 for those movie then get Warcraft the movie for free anyday. You don't get free pizza or subs every week but I'll take discounts or free items where I can get them. Free swag at the stores are cool too. I got 20% off on my dogs expensive prescription pet food and when I used it they gave me an additional coupon to use in the next free weeks. All I gotta say is thank you T-Mobile. I do really appreciate these things and especially not paying $14 to go see a movie.

I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews. Some people are so ungrateful I swear. I downloaded this app last week & I won a free pizza from Papa Johns that was valued at $18. They don't ask for debit information or anything. I literally placed my order online with my promo code given by T Mobile & walked into Papa Johns & they gave me my free pizza. Wow! It was delicious. Thank you T-Mobile! Please don't let all these negative reviewed fool you. This app is great!

First few weeks were amazing prizes. Lyft coupons, subways sandwiches, Dunkin Donuts coupons... now it's useless subscriptions. I haven't used any of the winnings in past 4 months (probably more). 2 stars instead of 1 because:
1) I don't think other carriers offer anything at all for being a customer
2) Although not useful to me, may still be useful to others. I don't know anyone who rents DVDs, but nonetheless someone may find it useful.
3) Most things are no longer free like it was in the beginning. You get discount coupons which are available for free on lots of coupon sites. Quick Google search will give you same discount if not better. One week free subscription is normally given by those companies anyway to try their services
* Those people that are complaining about people complaining, there is a good reason for it. Either you start your service strong and keep it that way or improve on it, or start it with useless "free" stuff and keep it there. Don't give people a taste of good life and then flip them the middle finger. People who got the app after it got ruined are happy with it because they never tasted free stuff from the good old days lol

It's free stuff

I think it's interesting how many people on here are complaining about this free stuff. Even if you use %10 of the coupons, that's 5 coupons a year, we're talking $25 worth of free stuff. I think it's a great idea and a way for T-Mobile to try and give back to their customers. I appreciate the effort and could only offer that they maybe make it a little more interactive. E.g. Fill out a survey get better prizes, sign up or review services get better prizes, or maybe even give rewards to refer friends and family. A lot of games are doing stuff like that. It's an idea. Thanks for the free stuff T-Mobile

Version 3.5.0
As many people have said before, in the beginning there were so many worthwhile prizes, as time moved on, they became less so. Lyft rides, $2 movie tickets, food offers, and now Chuckie Cheese offers? Memberships and credits to services I don't even use?? Teasing us with actual prizes we might enjoy that are predetermined from opening the app. Don't get me wrong, I can understand variations from week to week as some people may find those offers useful but there's a good amount of us that don't. It's free, but it's not "free". If any person could just sign up, I might understand the "well it's free, stop complaining" responses. But you have to be a customer. totally understand some things you can't offer all the time, so all I ask is that they at least make an effort to maintain a rotation that reaches as many people as possible think they can do a little better with future offers.

Great app and good stuff

I've never won anything big but I've appreciated all the offerings that T-Mobile gives with this app. Even if I don't use it, I'm not going to be unappreciative of something free. I can't believe people leave reviews complaining about the free offerings that you get with this app. If you don't want it, then don't get it but to say that nothing is worthwhile, is ridiculous. The app itself works great and I've never had any issues with it. Of course, you need to be a T-Mobile customer with an active phone account to take advantage of it.

Not only have the "prizes" turned into sponsored coupons, they also run completely off of eastern time. I've gone to use coupons and been told it's too late because it's 5am (when everything expires) on the EAST COAST.
They also give all the best prizes first come first serve, so I never get what I was actually hoping for. Example: woke up at 6am and did whatever stupid "game" before getting ready. I was so excited to learn I'd won a magazine subscription to what I thought was Cosmo (based on the text and image). Turns out, all those subscriptions had already been taken because apparently they don't save any so I ended up with a subscription to Esquire that I've never read, I just donate them.
This app has gotten more and more disappointing, it's too bad.
Also, I hope you're not busy on Tuesdays because 95% of these coupons expire 5am Wednesday (or 2am Wednesday if you live on the west coast, neglected coast)

Wow Amazing App!

I have never seen such a bunch of complainers. This app is great. Maybe not all the prizes are going to be redeemed all the time or may be more about advertising but from time to time you get some really good ones. Just for free. For doing nothing. Just because. And people still complain. The app works, does what it says it does and gives you something for nothing. What's to gripe about. Some prizes I have received, free movies, gas discounts and even a free T-Mobile stock (just sold for 65$). All for free. Anyone who rates this less than 4-5 stars is just another snowflake who seem all to common these days. I'll bet they would complain about the tires if they were given a free brand new car. T-Mobile, thank you great app and customer appreciation. P.S. if you give me a free car, please make it gray. Other colors may be offensive and cause people to complain.

I loved this app when they first got it, but the prizes have slowly become not worth it. I liked the fandango and dunked donuts prizes. Enjoyed some of the other prizes but lately they just haven't been anything I would use or that seems worth it. I get excited every Tuesday to open the app, but honestly lately they seem more like podcast sponsorship coupons than gifts. I'm just a little disappointed. In the beginning though, I though this was the coolest deal ever. Take it back or move it forward but if you're gonna promise gifts, make sure they're ones people actually want. If this app improves I will come change my review but until then, I'm just gonna go be sad.

I switched to T-Mobile a few months ago and I've already gotten a ton of cool stuff! I have received a free year subscription to a magazine, as well as free access for the year to MLB TV. (#LGM!) Some of the stuff I wouldn't ordinarily use- but most people I know totally would! $2-$5 off Dunkin Donuts, free online streaming movies and free redbox, $2 Fandango movie tickets, free chips & guac at Chipotle, gas and Lyft credits. They also have some big prizes, and there are multiple options to choose from. It's pretty awesome and almost all of the things I've gotten have NOT required any additional payment/personal information. Definitely worth getting if you have T-Mobile. There's nothing to lose and so much to gain!

The app constantly logs me out and I have to go through the process of verifying that I'm a customer. I have also on more than one occasion received a message stating that I've already played this week and to come back for more awesome loot next week. This happens even if I haven't used the app on that Tuesday.
T-Mobile also seems to give away low end merch from companies that I nor anyone else I know have heard of. Useless coupons for online shopping that will never be used because I'm not interested in makeup and push-up bras. I received a free lyft ride one week! Lyft ride? Lyft isn't even in my city.
The last time that I was at the T-Mobile store to pay my bill, I made a comment to the employee that was there assisting me. I said, "I don't think that anyone even wins the big prizes. I've never heard of anyone". The employee to my disbelief said, "I don't think they do either. It's just a marketing scheme for us (T-Mobile) to make money by advertising other companies. It's just a profits thing".
I quit using it for the most part. I believe that you have better chances winning the Powerball than you do winning anything worthwhile through this T-Mobile marketing scheme. IMO, don't waste the 5 minutes that it takes you to open the app and play the little game on Tuesdays. You could do a couple extra sit-ups instead and receive more from that than what will from T-Mobile.

I appreciate the discounts and free stuff, only if I can use it that day at that specific time. I understand the marketing strategy... offer free stuff as a perk for going with the "cool carrier" but u aren't actually loosing $$ if no one has time to use the discounts. I got a voucher for a $2 movie ticket that had to be redeemed by Wednesday at 4:59am yet I was required to see a movie ON the Tuesday I received the voucher. Not quite sure how that makes sense. It would be best if you at least had to redeem a voucher by Tuesday and had a week to use it. At least you get a chance to process that you one something. Just a thought.
Other than that, the app works fine and it's cute.

Love the free stuff!

I do love the idea of this, it's awesome when you get something for free every week. And I love having T-Mobile, they're always the best! My only complaint is that I keep winning prizes that are otherwise already free for the week. For example, this week they gave everyone 25 cents off per gallon of gas from shell...it was already in the "my stuff" category, but that's what I won by playing the game. It seems like that happens a lot, so you're not getting anything special. Don't get me wrong, I'll take my car to get a fill up! I just wish that part was different.

I actually really love this. I'm poor so I gladly take advantage of the cheap/free food coming my way and it gives me the chance to go to and rent movies with friends without giving up a small fortune. I don't care for the magazines or discounts (that aren't really discounts) but I don't really have anything to complain about because I still use the offers given to me every single week. One bothersome thing is that I can go to the prizes even before Tuesday and there's a symbol next to what I got. No hope or surprise, you know? I don't know if that's an overlooked glitch or if it was meant to be that way, but I do find it slightly annoying. And second, it would be nice if we had part of or all of Wednesday to use the offers too, though I do understand why that's not a thing. Other than that, I am very happy.

It's probably because my phone is an outdated iPhone 4, but the app keeps crashing on me. I get inconsistent results when trying to start it up again, though problems usually happen when there's an update. Also, having to connect to my phone service means waiting like 30 seconds to validate my coupon, which makes store clerks wait on me. Otherwise, I'm not going to complain about free stuff. Free movies, sandwiches, and comfortable touch gloves aren't anything to scoff at if you don't pay anything for them. It's free. Whatever is offered isn't done so at any given obligation. What is there to complain about? (Except the app crashing, but with a family using the same carrier and newer phone models, I know the crashes are happening because of my outdated iOS.)

It's a solid app.

No problems really. App works as intended. My problem (and what I've deducted two stars for) is the fact that one, you only give us a very limited amount of time to make use of the special offers we're given, and two, most of the stuff you offer is pointless. Don't get me wrong, I love the fact that you want to thank your customers like this. I've never heard of another company doing anything even remotely close to this. I think it's really cool of you. But how about a discount from a grocery store or something useful? I don't need a subscription to a magazine I'll likely never read and usually don't have the time to sit down and watch movies. How about a discount on our bills? Just a couple suggestions. Thanks though. For thinking of your customers.

Idk what everyone is complaining about -_-

I mean what do you guys expect? It's a heavy traffic app that is being used by thousands of people for a limited time on Tuesday...of course the app is not perfect and might not boot up properly sometimes, but everything works fine. Have already gotten myself free pizza, free movie rental, free frostie, and free fandango ticket. IT DOES WORK! Maybe some of you should read the instructions before you try to redeem your things or close the app and reopen it. It's not rocket science guys you should be fine. Just take a breather, you should be grateful this stuff is legitimate free ✌🏼️

First, this is an app that works really well. Second, it's a digital version of the claw arcade game and that's totally fine...it's all giveaways and you can't expect any company to give away the prizes it lures you in with- it's like vegas- yeah you could "potentially win" but the house is always winning, and you're always coming back for more.
You'll never win the tech prizes, or a free trip, or anything worth more than a couple bucks but hey a penny saved is a penny earned. So if you like a free small frosty, and $2 off fandango, and a couple bucks off of Lyft then you're in luck! If you're here for the big prizes, go ask your parents for that because T-Mobile definitely isn't giving you anything it lured you here with.

Nice simple app with weekly freebies. Not sure why people are complaining about free stuff - true, you're not going to get anything earth shattering but it's a nice gesture by T-mobile. I look forward to Tuesday mornings to see what prizes will be offered. My favorites are the free Lyft rides and free movie rentals. Also got a free ESPN magazine subscription (not digital version!) out of it, so yay.
It was a little confusing to me at first how you redeem prizes. You "win" prizes on Tuesday but, for most prizes, you have to click the "redeem" button in 24 hours. Redeeming either means you have to use the prize or claim the store credit (and have some other deadline to use the credit). I lost a bunch of prizes when I first downloaded the app because this process was not clear or intuitive (to me at least). But once you get the hang of it, it's a breeze.

However , if you are like me and finding out there is something free to be had u didn't know existed, then it's for u. It's true, most times the free items remain the same, but ah, as someone who doesn't drive, I use the left one. I don't cry when one of the weeks there is no lyft either lol, seriously.
Had to redeem mines on a pic because I didn't have an iPhone at the time. Took more hassles, but I can work a little for something free lol.

Ok, first I'll rate the app, since this is what this review system is for.
I really don't care for the design of this app. The promotions are hard to view because the scroll feature is too sensitive. This could be much better designed with a large icon style. It feels difficult to navigate, and I have been using it for a while. I can't imagine someone who is not very comfortable with app technology being able to use this. For this reason, I rate this app pretty low...say 2 stars.
Now for the purpose of the app. I give kudos to T-mobile for doing this in the first place. +1 star. Sure I'm willing to bet they are getting some payoffs for it, but it's more than their competitors do. However, the offerings are lacking. Many are restrictive to the point where a customer can't use them. And these offerings are definitely targeted toward a specific audience. If you are a young, single, city-dweller, this app is for you. I would just love to see T-mobile broaden their horizons regarding their offerings. Come on...what happened to free pizza???? Families can definitely appreciate that!

After Dominos backed out the app has been more of a pain than a gift. The prizes aren't very good and you can play for bigger prizes but the odds of winning are slim to none. Also, I'm trying to get the free tshirt they are offering today but of course the app is not working. I'm probably going to uninstall. The one thing I do really appreciate is the free share of stock they gave away in the beginning though.
Update: I am ready to uninstall but I'm afraid that as soon as I do they will start giving prizes we actually would use and want. That would be just my luck. But I am getting frustrated playing the games that give me a "chance" of winning a really big cool prize, knowing that it's NEVER going to happen. You just get what they were going to give you in the first place - a free online mag sub. 😐

Some freebies aren’t available at many locations, like free Subway sandwiches. Yes, it's free. But almost everything has a time-limit within the day before they expire so it's just nothing but a lot of work. I like the concept and I'm sure everyone else is happy with Lyft Promos and other prizes, which was why I gave this app three stars. It does what it does... Sort of. However, I’m not going to bother using it because every time you want to use it, you HAVE to update it in order to receive new prizes. Yeah, I’m not wasting my data outside just to download this every single time it updates. The user interface is also overdone, prone to crash and overall ugly.

I'm giving TMobile Tuesday a high rating because it is a real app that gives you free stuff every Tuesday just like it says it will. Now I'm not saying the gifts are always great, but it's free and if you don't want it don't use it. I've had this app for about 12 weeks, I've probably actually only used 1 prize. The prizes are pre picked and they won't be anything super expensive so the games they have you play that make you feel like you could win something big are just for fun. The best thing I've got so far are free wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. They gave a free movie ticket to see Suicide Squad when it first came out. They also give you complementary gifts every Tuesday thats separate from the prize gift. It's usually a Wendy's frosty and a Lyft ride. Most of the prizes you have to use before the day is up or they'll expire. Overall, the app isn't bad, just don't expect to win a cruise. Expect something more along the lines of a subway 6 inch sandwich.

First off I'd like to say that T-Mobile is the best cell company out there right now. I've been with them for 4 years and they always are giving back to their customers in cleaver and thoughtful ways. Every new change they've made, since I've been a customer, has benefited T-Mobile customers; and there's been a lot of them :). They are truly leading the way for cell phone companies and have been copied time and time again by the competitors.
With that being said, T-Mobile Tuesday's is another perk of being a customer. I've received a free subway sandwich, a year subscription to ESPN magazine, and a few others. It's really simple to redeem and there are lots of contests you can enter in also, like free vacations. I think it's a great customer perk, and I look forward to checking the app every week to see what they come up with next! Keep up the good work T-Mobile, you guys rock 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

Version 2.2
T-Mobile Tuesdays app has been a fun way to get some free stuff I didn't need from companies I'd never heard of before. The app has been glitchy off and on, but customer support had always been good in helping with issues. Since the 9/29 update the app has been useless, and customer support has been either unreachable, with huge wait times to speak to someone or they have been useless. After an almost 15 minute conversation the representative still didn't seem to grasp what the issue was, tried to imply the issue was that I didn't win anything (I could not access the content for T-Mobile customers that one doesn't have to "win" -- it was Tuesday and the app kept saying come back Tuesday). She said stuff only available til 11:59, so I wouldn't get to use it because even though she was going to escalate this to the people who deal with this, they only work Saturday and Sunday. When I said I wouldn't be available then she was dumbfounded. Useless.
T-Mobile has found a way of really dissatisfying a previously super happy customer. This makes me question my original choice to move to T-Mobile as well as a recent decision to move another phone line to them. Their growth seems to be destroying everything I liked about the company--and the coverage still hasn't improved any to balance out the mounting issues.

Just like others have said its just ok. Several times it wouldn't let me play saying I already had for that day when I hadn't.
Then app updated and I lost rewards, now.. Magazines I can't access (bad codes), a cook book?! Really? ..have to sign up for this site or another, ride tickets for something I've never heard of nor ever needed or used..a frosty only good for one day.. Etc.
Yes, its free.. But free garbage is just that: garbage - useless! Basically its just a T-Mobile partner advertising ploy...the "rewards" are useless and redundant; free frosty, lyft tickets and digital magazines that you can't redeem .. there's always an issue on magazines site. Needless to say I'm deleting this pointless app. I'd like to see app users post who've actually won something other than what I and others have said.

Just switched to t mobile after almost 20 years on Verizon or its predecessor. T mobile is actually much faster and has far greater coverage in the urban areas I am in. To get free gifts every week is a bonus. I may not choose or be able to use them all but I can't realistically expect them to give me a lot when I'm paying $35 per line. The fact that they give anything sets them apart from Verizon who just take and frustrate. I presume the gifts are limited to Tuesdays because that is generally a quiet day for retail and entertainment businesses. Use them or lose them but don't complain when you are offered something for nothing.

This is a pretty simple app. You can win some free stuff or get some deals every Tuesday if you're a Tmobile customer. Simply download the app and login to your Tmobile account by entering your phone number, and you're ready to go. However, it sounds better than it actually is. Most of the giveaways aren't even worthwhile, and trying to win the grand prize of a luxurious vacation or the like is pretty much like trying to win the lottery. Furthermore, sometimes the app would say that I had already played that week when I hadn't, and to try again the following week. But hey, free stuff is free stuff, so you have nothing to lose. The app itself is easy to use and navigate, nothing much to do aside from claiming your prizes once a week, and the app icon says what it is. If you're a T-mobile customer, you may as well try it out.

The fact that T-Mobile wants to reward their customers is awesome and I was excited when this app first came out. The free dominos pizza offer was the most appealing - until it was no longer offered. Since dominos broke off their deal w/ T-Mobile, the offers on the app have been so dull + repetitive. Yes, they're free, but many don't want those things being offered. Awesome for those who do, but by the reviews, many don't. I think it would be an awesome idea if T-Mobile made deals with various popular fast food joints. This way, T-Mobile can offer one free product from one of these places every other Tuesday. For ex., let's say they made deals with Wendy's, BK, McDonald's or kfc (just throwing examples), one Tuesday you offer a great value product from Wendy's, next Tuesday a mini mashed potatoes bowl from kfc, the following Tuesday a cheeseburger from McDonald's - whatever. This is just a rough example of the idea. This way, the consumers won't be able to "break" one food joint as we "broke dominos" every Tuesday. That was way too much pressure on just ONE fast food joint. I will write a new review when I see some changes. Till then, keep at it, be creative + consider some of people's suggestions! 😊👌🏼

Everyone needs to switch to T-Mobile. Switching from AT&T to T-Mobile ended up being an amazing decision. We pay less for so much more and let me tell you I never received anything from AT&T for being loyal customers. My family of three had AT&T from the dawn of cell phones and never ever showed appreciation for it. This T-Mobile Tuesday app is just one more AMAZING thing you get from T-Mobile. Easy to use, I got to see suicide squad for free, free frosty, free movie rentals, e-books, Pokemon go usage and more and it's only been a few weeks! AND you get one per line not per account so for us it's 4x the rewards! This is an unbelievable perk. Thanks T-Mobile!!

I'm about to delete this app. I'm sure it's great the couple times I have used it and I appreciate T-Mobile giving back to their customers. What I really would like to see is T-Mobile put a notification in the app to let you know you can spin the wheel, etc. I never think, "oh it's Tuesday, let me check the app" I always notice the day after or a couple days after and realize I missed it. And this happens week after week. Of course I could put an alarm on and schedule it weekly but that's too much trouble and I don't think the prizes are worth all that trouble. So please T-Mobile please allow an option where the app can notify you when it's live.

I still downloaded the app because I hope one day I become a T-mobile customer. Lucky guys and gals. I have Verizon and they do absolutely nothing for their customers. Just a cheesy points system where you have to spend money even when you redeem points. I wish Verizon would give me a free ticket to see Suicide Squad. I'm so sad they aren't. This app is great. Being a T-Mobile customer, I get a few free things every week, and can win more. That's great, but there are some gifts that are disappointing. Last weeks prizes(July 26)were just terrible. They took away the free frosty from that week and added a 1-Year subscription for magazines that were garbage, kept the Unleash Pokémon Go and Lyft promo, and gave $30 Credit towards HotelTonight. That week was by far the worst, but this upcoming week is looking better. Overall this app is great, but lacks free items that in last weeks stuff were added. Hopefully they don't give us gifts that that lack what free really means.

I see a bunch of reviews complaining on how "cheap" the gift is or how sometimes it doesn't work. The gifts are FREE. F R E E, FREE. No other carrier is trying as hard as t-mobile to gain the trust of their customers. Sure last week all I got was a shake at wendys but hey, at least I got something. This week, I got unlimited data when playing Pokemon go for a whole year. That's awesome. If the app doesn't work next week and glitches out so it doesn't give me anything I'll be disappointed but I know at least theirs the next next week. My point is that the app works alot of the time. I get free stuff, usually a movie or something. But if something happens and you get something cheap don't complain, it's free. They don't have to do this. T-Mobile is being nice. And no I'm not sponsored. I'm not some bot.

July 12 Update:
Lyft promo isn't working.
The intentions of this app and promo are good, but it fails to accomplish what it sets out to do. More frustrating than functional.
June 28 Update: Still doesn't work.
I didn't originally sign up for T-Mobile for a free frosty and some Lyft credit every Tuesday, so I'm not too disappointed this app rarely works.
The first week was a write-off. The app didn't start working until 8pm local time so too late for any benefit.
The second week things seemed to work for me at first, but fell apart quickly. I ordered my pizza, but when I got to Dominos I was told he was "too busy for free pizzas" and that my pizza would be made after all the people who paid. I didn't stay as he estimated it would be >2 hours.
On week three everything fell apart. I wasn't able to get the app to connect until 5:30pm. When it did I was told Ai had already claimed everything. I spent 5 mins on a support chat before abandoning. I wasn't going to spend more than that for a $1.50 frosty.
This promotion is well intentioned, but horribly implemented. A few cheap freebies are not worth the frustration.
Uninstalled.

You cant argue with free. You really can't. But what you can argue is, how his app is supposed to keep you from thinking about how sh-crappy, their service is. I live/work in metro Phoenix area and coverage is unbelievably poor. It's more ironic that I can't even get enough service at times to open the app when trying to redeem items. This app is just to keep you happy with their service. But more on the app, the spinning wheel, at least make an attempt to make it look like I was close to the bigger prize. When the wheel slows to barely moving and the needle is over the big prize then magically gains a little bump to the lesser prize, it's like you guys are just straight laughing at us, dangling goods over your loyal customers like we're your pets. Reason why I'm through with T-Mobile #52.

No tax, no $ needed. It was FREE. This literally made my day, and I had to brag on my Snapchat account! Here I am now, and the app DOES NOT OPEN. It constantly says "Awkward, but it's not your fault." And it tells me to refresh. I keep refreshing but nothing works! Every time you try to login to the app, the servers wont let you and you have to refresh about 20 times for anything to appear. When you finally become able to spin for a prize, its always something you'll never use like currency for some obscure app no ones heard of, or a subscription to an obscure magazine no ones ever heard of. What im saying is the prizes are awful. If you end up liking the prize in some miracle, it will expire in a matter of days. A bonus to the main prize, is 3 mini prizes that expire in a day. These prizes are things like "free frosty from wendys" or "$5 off a pizza" but you almost never use them because they expire that day. Even if you want to use the prize, half the time it wont even work or you have to input your credit card info just to redeem the currency in an app.
At the end of the day the app is a huge disappointment and a poor attempt at something to have tmobile users excited for

Thank you, but this is a review section, and the app is not working very well. It's 2:30am AZ time and have to really fight the UI to make any progress. Over the last few weeks, it works the same, I go through the steps to register and go for the prizes, but errors say promo codes not found over and over. Each time it seems to fail and then I go to My Stuff and says I've redeemed. I did get a frosty last week and a Lyft. Input is I have no idea if I'm entered in contest for big prizes or not. Don't know if promos will work until I use them. Should be able to improve this app, as is awfully complicated for what it is. The concept is great...thanks!

Anyway, this is a very well put together application. The layout is fancy and the theme is completely T-mobile-ish. The version before this was having problems but I'm guessing it was due to the high traffic of users going to the app. With this new (and very fast) update, I finally see some stability and I want to say thank you to the T-mobile crew for taking care of business.

Unfortunately every time I try to use the app except for once I get an error message that states "This is awkward, it's not your fault though. There was an error attempting to contact the servers. Try refreshing the page." No matter how many times I do this I get the same message. I have tried it using wifi and the T-Mobile LTE signal. I get this page no matter what.
That's why this is a great IDEA, but unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) the servers are so overloaded from activity that they can't field all the requests. T-Mobile needs to increase the bandwidth or the server resources to handle all the traffic. Otherwise we can't use the free stuff they are giving us. It's like "here's this free stuff that we are giving you, but it's behind this glass door and you can only get it when the door opens" but the door never opens on the day the free stuff is available. The door only opens on days that the servers aren't under load and then the coupons are expired and can't be used. It's rather frustrating.

Really, REALLY impressed.

I just found out about the app today and thought it was a cool idea but it would have to fall flat... I thought that this would be like all those other "free stuff" apps that plague the app store, but this... Jesus this is great. Ordered a medium pizza and the only issue I found was that i had to restart the app a few times for it to not have an error (the error could have been something I did, so it may not have even been the app's fault for the error).
All in all, im impressed. Had no inentions to switch carriers before, but now im with you guys for life without a doubt. Again, I'm VERY impressed.

THIS IS AMAZING

When this "T-Mobile Tuesdays" program was first announced, I was a bit skeptical and a bit confused. I downloaded the app and logged in with my T-Mobile account and decided to try and see if it actually works. The app doesn't have the best interface, that could be worked upon. It signs you out sometimes which is a bit annoying, cause you'll have to log back in after. BUT, it really works! While this is definitely a bit confusing at first, it's definitely worth a shot, because you get free stuff! I liked my Dominos Pizza and Free Frosty this week!! Thanks T-Mobile!! While you guys have some work to do with the app and your network, the experience of getting these free gifts every week is wonderful and exciting, like I actually like Tuesdays now!

All these people whining...

Sure. T-Mobile should have anticipated the load a little bit better, but good grief. They're giving you free stuff. Every Tuesday. That means, you'll have a chance to get free stuff again. Look on the bright side just a little bit and say "hey, I think it's awesome a massive company is actually doing something customer centric". The app has given me no issues since the initial hiccup, and I was able to redeem my pizza, but missed out on the other stuff. Just happy to see this cool offering. It makes Tuesdays a little bit more exciting!

Tried the app. Able to download and spin the wheel, but that is all that worked. When I tried to redeem the Warcraft movie tickets, there was an error. Contacted Fandango and they said they couldn't do anything and to contact T-Mobile. I did and the rep told me that my account (business) was not supported for the promotions and neither were any of the other phone lines on my account. I was offered a $50 credit that may or may not appear on my bill in 2 months. The app allows me to play but is pretty much useless since none of the prizes/promos can be redeemed by me or the 5 other people on my account. Why send me a text to download an app that doesn't even let me take part in the promos offered?! Super unhappy with T-Mobile and this weird marketing strategy to exclude some of their current members.

Awesome app, awesome company

Just when you thought that it couldn't get any better then being able to stream music and video without using up your data, what does T Mobile do?? Give you the T Mobile Tuesday app!!! Now you can get free pizza from domini's, free frosty' from Wendy's etc etc. And the etc. are many, to many to mention !!! Any way you look at it, T Mobile is awesome and looks like they just keep getting better and better. I don't rate this app or T Mobile 5 stars, I think they deserve at least 10 stars for this. T Mobile is the best, plain and simple!!!!

The app works :)

First of all i want to thank T-mobile for giving me a free ticket to see Warcraft much appreciated. The second thing is that I am seeing a lot of hate towards the app and to the people reading this i'm pretty sure this might be T-mobiles first app and they might not have a lot of experience running one. The other thing according to the hate is that T-mobile you were not prepared for the amount of traffic that was piling in to your app, therefore making the app crash, not load, etc. I would be very happy to see that everyone else is happy with the app so what you need to do is number one stabilize your servers, number two iron out the bugs according to your customers, number three is to keep giving offers that are as great as this weeks. This in all will make T-mobile Tuesday great and will help you keep and retain customers, once again thank you for the Warcraft ticket. :)

Not happy

I read about this app that was going to be phenomenal from T-Mobile. So I downloaded it, it seem like a pretty cool idea. Be a customer and get rewarded. Not a bad gig. Well I downloaded it and had about five hours until Tuesday and had a nice little countdown to remind me. When it finally became Tuesday morning at 5 AM East Coast time I was able to spin the wheel and get access to my instant prizes, and the chance to win something better. Spohn the will and won a free ticket, that was pretty cool. It was about 2 AM my time so I decided to go to bed and in the morning I would play with it more. I got up around nine and tried to open the app I was going to check out the free pizza deal and order it before I had work. It gave me a message saying something about being awkward and unable to connect try to refresh. I tried multiple times and was unable to. It is now 12 and I am still unable to connect to redeem my free pizza or frosty or movie. They all have time limits on them when they have to be used by and I have to go to work soon. I will be unable to use them which is a pretty big disappointment. I will be contacting them to see if there's anything that can be done, hopefully they will be able to honor the coupon for a later time. But we will see.
