Doesn’t work
All my cameras are working and I can see everything , but app keeps saying cameras are offline. Restarted everything and even reinstalled cameras. Nothing. App doesn’t work. Getting a new system because they are of absolutely no help to try and fix the issue.

Now WI-FI is near nonexistent
I have had my systematic little over a year and now the APP viewing of my cameras is no longer functional. Cameras take forever to load up and then no updating.
The WiFi is good,I have direct from gateway to router and it is good, I tried wireless and the same problem.
Gateway to TV is perfect video and control. Gateway to router and to APP just does not work anymore.

Playback
Video/motion play back was perfect through the free 15 days once I paid to continue the video/playback
It has been useless and customer service live chat on the app is useless as well

Either No camera feeds, or continuous password issues, or no video playback. Everything I just bought is worthless to me.

New fix doesn’t work
I used to love this app and how well it works for saving videos from my surveillance system. The recent app fix that went in place a couple days ago broke the ability to click the camera icon on the top right corner to save specific chunks of video. It used to save directly to my iPhone videos and now it doesn’t save anywhere at all. Please fix this!

Had this fo 6 years now it won’t let my iPad login any more keeps saying password is wrong When same password is on my 2 computers and my phone. It also goes offline lots and now this login problem so much for security it’s totally useless .

No longer able to view remotely
When I first got the app, everything was working fine. Now I am no longer able to view the cameras from the app unless I am at home, connected to my home Wifi. I am unable to view remotely with my cellular service. I’ve only have the cameras about 3 months. Very disappointed.

App just keeps closing
I keep trying to go to settings but the app just keeps closing. Have had problems for a good long while now but can’t afford to get new cameras yet. Any chance in why it’s kicking me out? When I go to contact, it says error. Is this company still actually in business? I only gave it one star because it didn’t give me a choice for no stars.

Terrible
For three years I could only see my cameras via this app when I was physically in my home. Now it doesn’t work at all but the TV in my house shows them fine. So it’s the app not my camera system.

It won’t stay connected, App Crashes
It’s never stayed connected well at all, but they made some changes and the app has always had issues crashing and now it’s worse. I can’t get to the optical zoom settings any longer, they are no where to be found on the mobile apps, the alarm settings (motion) are now turned off permanently for some reason on both my iPhone and iPad. You can’t get to the settings to see if the option still exists to change / reenable it because it crashes the moment the settings window pops up.
For what the camera is cable of, if the app was better and didn’t randomly crash, change options that used to work, it would be great but I won’t buy another one from this company because I don’t want to put up with the issues. I’ve had my for around 4 years, maybe longer.

When I first installed this app six months ago, it seem to work OK, but there was definitely a few minute lag. Now I am getting no notifications or alerts sent to my device at all.

Alarm playback bugs need fixed
It used to work fine. Now, I get a text notification, click the link, it takes me to the playback of that event but won’t play. I have to go into the events tab to pull it up so it will play correctly. Fix the bugs please and I’ll update my review.

Absent support

Replay no longer works
This app is slower than in the past. I used to be able to replay, although slow, at least it worked. Now there are errors that the video can not replay.
I do not like the delay to open your cameras with an ad for upgraded equipment. When I open my app it’s because I’m concerned someone is in my property, waiting for add is very frustrating.

Complete garbage
Configuration is nearly impossible with this application. It is unable to detect the device properly if you do not have a complete system. The demo for the camera makes it look easy, lol. If it were that easy then there would be better reviews.

I don’t know if this happened after the last update to your app but I can’t view my cameras at home on the app anymore. They used to work but for some reason it won’t let me open up my cameras. Keeps telling me they are off line which they are not.

WARNING! Don’t update this app
After the update, the ptz controls are gone. Under Settings, the ptz menu can be turned on, but it doesn’t work. The update seems to be a one-way street and you can’t go back the earlier, functional version.

This app has gotten so bad. It stop working for me about a month ago. I no longer get notifications on anything .When I leave the house the app goes off-line when I’m at the house it’s online. That defeats the purpose of a security system if can’t watch my home while I am away.I contacted support through the app no one has reached out to me at all.

Don’t waste your time
The app is horrible. Not easy to navigate. Incredibly slow. Lagging notifications. I’ll get an alert I left the house 45 minutes after I left. Soooo very useful if there’s an intruder. Camera work fine.

Terrible app-Can’t adjust Motion Settings
App works intermittently, what’s worse is that the camera flags motion every minute, so I have hundreds of clips to sort through to see if there actually was someone caught entering a restricted area. I’ve adjusted the sensitivity but that doesn’t help. App has an option to select the motion detection area that the user wants, but does not have an option to save! Every time I make an adjustment, and then go back to settings, the motion detection area is selected for the whole visible area, not the manually selected area that I try to set. So, if you have an American flag waving in the wind, it detects that constantly and you can’t block the camera from detecting it. Just plane useless. Even with the latest update on 09/20/21, it still does not allow me to save the custom motion detection area that I set in the app. Can one of your app developers please fix this, this is critical to making your cameras a useful tool for detecting unwanted people on their property!

I have harassing neighbors and depend on being able to record and store videos.
This is not ok. We spent over $500+ for this camera system. Fix the APP…. PLEASE!

Cameras are good, app is horrible.
The cameras work great! The app is trash!! It updated over night and now it won’t even open to let me view my cameras. I have to delete it and re-download it for it to work every time I want to view my cameras. The only downside on the cameras end so far is they are too sensitive with motion alerts, and setting it to human form doesn’t help.

I have tried deleting and reinstalled it but since the latest update it won’t even open now. It starts up with a splash screen about cloud storage and then hangs and eventually closes out. I can not access my cameras at all now!

Not as advertised
This app does not work with Alexa as advertised. It also needs masking capabilities so it doesn’t record the wall behind the camera when mounted to a wall and scanning 360. The human detection detects bright lights, rain and snow too.

Horrible App/home sys works fine
App needs some serious upgrades. Replay either doesn’t load at all or takes a very long time to load and then will only play for about 10 seconds worth in slow motion maybe skip around also. It has to be reset and load again to play after those 10 seconds then most of the time it will not load. You have to close the app and restart it to get to another time frame or even at the same time frame to replay. Most of the time the app will not connect so you’re reloading multiple times to just connect to the home unit. Live connects most of the time. Very frustrated with the app.
The unit at home works great BUT, I wouldn’t need it cameras if I was home all day. I’m not going to spend half my day checking the home unit to see what notifications came up during the day. That’s what the app is supposed to be for.
Recommendation.... go with a different company.
My dilemma don’t let it be yours... Until I get another $600 to drop on a camera system or another stimulus check, I’m stuck with this camera system.

Great system
I had this cameras for around 6months and they work wonderfully. With the latest update you can now see motion detection clips faster than before so they are improving the app slowly but surely. If you have a chance you should tried their systems out I tried them and I liked it after going thru 2 other security cameras.

Can’t even Register
I purchased a PTV Xmarto camera. I cannot even get the confirmation emails to complete registration to be able to use other than the trial version. Can’t even connect to my camera on a 2nd device. Why purchase anymore Xmarto products.

Save yourself trouble
This app is horrible. When it worked it was slow. Now it doesn’t work at all. Tried deleting and re-installing numerous times and even did a new install on a different device and still not working. Support is garbage. Find a better camera system with app. You will avoid a lot of stress.

Worst app
It’s kind of hard to check back into my house when the app doesn’t work and constantly closes s soon as I get an motion alert. I’ll get an alert, I’ll go check the alert and the whole app shuts down. It makes it hard and not convenient to use this when it’s constantly malfunctioning.

Horrible app
I’ve changed my review again. After all these updates it still is horrible. Slow to connect. Playback is terrible if you try to advance the frames a few minutes at a time it stops working. They need a new app programmers. Very disappointed.

This app has gotten worse over time
We’ve had this system for almost 3 years. It use to work fine. Now there is a super long lag in time (minutes) from what is actually happening and what we are seeing. Totally useless. Everything plays in slow mo. There’s no contact info to get assistance with this. Apparently they just want you to buy their cameras, download the app which now doesn’t work and they’re done. Also, playback use to run continuously. Now it only runs for 10 seconds, if that long, and stops. They claim that it’s because it doesn’t detect motion. How the heck can you find motion in 7-10 second sections? Never recommending this system and soon will get rid of it.

Frustrated in Ohio
The cameras work great, the app on the other hand no longer allows text notifications to be sent to my IPhone XR after the last update, no longer sends text alerts after an ALARM ALERT !! This was the main reason we got the cameras to be notified of motion alerts while we travel ?? Fix ASAP PLEASE

I have the cameras so I can watch over my cats as I am a cat breeder. I especially like to keep a close eye on them when they’re due. I can’t do that if my app functions only half of the time! It is completely unreliable.

Not to be relied on for security purposes.
This app was terrible, but workable as we also have a Ring camera. Biggest issue is the minutes long lag, I get a motion alert from Ring watch on that camera, then switch over to this app, wait a couple of minutes and see it again. Unfortunately since the last update I got logged out and now I’m unable to access the cameras remotely, it just keeps telling me there is a timeout. So while it was just under okay before, now it’s completely unusable.
Update: they put out an update that was supposed to resolve the login issues, it did not. Their website is no help either as that also has coding issues.

Worked great before...
App worked decent till it was upgraded two days ago. However since the upgrade, it will not let me access my account. Even tried to reset the password and it just keeps giving me “unknown error”. Totally unusable now, and I can’t access my security cameras.

The cameras work fine but the app is not the best. Playback via the app has a mind of its own. I don’t understand why companies put out inferior apps?

Working great
I use this app to see my cameras from NVR as well as 2 IP cameras. Working with no problems. But will have to spend some time to figure out how to add cameras because based on camera type it needs appropriate settings... but after you spent hour or two and figure all out, everything should work just fine., as it works for me...

Adjustments needed
CHANGE the motion indicator lines to a different color. You can’t see it against the times recording if its on top. Also need to allow you to select playback speeds.
