In these days when many reading notes are competing for attention, we deem it necessary to inform you of some of the distinctive features of SU Reading Notes (i.e. those things that make SU Reading Notes unique). This will enable you to appreciate more, the value of the Notes and hence help you to make more adequate use of them. Here are some of them:
• We expect that regular encounter with the Bible's message will lead you to change and to grow into maturity. To use these notes is to enlist for discipleship.
• Our materials do not stand alone. Usually we would expect our materials to help oneto explore the Bible. You cannot enjoy reading them without the Bible.
• We focus on the daily use of the Bible. We encourage people to listen to God each day. We hope that this will help you to build the discipline of daily Bible reading.
• We aim to expound the scripture carefully, and contextually.
• Our use of the Bible is systematic and not adhoc. In the long run, we hope that the method will help you have a better understanding of the word of God.
• We teach people to respond to the Bible text in a thoughtful and meditative way.
• We encourage our readers to come to the Bible humbly and prayerfully and to explore its message methodically and carefully.
• We work to bring the message of the scripture and the issues of the world together. Sometimes we begin with the scriptures and search with its application to life in society; sometimes we begin with questions raised in the world and go back to the scriptures to seek meaning and truth.
• We try to take seriously the culture and context of our readers and users
• We are glad to use a large team of writers and teachers with their various backgrounds and perspectives and we attempt editorial consistency.
These are some of the distinctive qualities of our reading notes that have helped many Christians in the past. We have no doubt that God will use them to take you to higher grounds as you start or continue to use them.

Thank You

...just had a study session with my parents and was amazed how in-depth the daily guide was. Decided to look online and was surprised there was a version in the app store. More amazing is the app interface and the embedded daily scripture reading. Thank you and God bless. Looking forward to future editions....
