Everything you need

I’ve shop with optics planet numerous times they have stuff when other websites or out of stock or don’t have anything. They have anything for your AR platform or rifle anything for shooting. I look here before I go anywhere else when looking for scopes, parts,anything for my AR platform and I will say the shipping has gotten better, very pleased I continue to do business with this OpticsPlanet and they sent me a hoodie this winter👍😂

Great app!!!

I love the app it’s got great pics, descriptions, and easy to navigate. Payment system is fast, smooth, and easy to track your purchases. The only down side is I have yet to see a Buy one scope get the 2nd one for free, or buy the Optics Planet beanie hat and get a set of GPNVG-18 WP GEN4 for free. Other then that I have no complaints

They are good at wasting your time

I had to cancel my order due to the fact that it been 2 months and nothing at all. Even the product was said that it would ship in 3-6 days. But nope they don’t have it.

Sure, they’re having problems getting stock from their sources but who isn’t these days? Recently I found an item became available from another vender and I cancelled my order here without a problem. Optics planet delivers!

I have ordered an embarrassing amount of products from optics planet. I have had an inventory issue or two, I have had a manufacturer error, which optics planet resolved, and I have received the wrong item before. Optics planet has a huge inventory, and an even larger demand for said inventory. How they handle their website in conjunction with there warehouse, vendors, shippers, and customers is beyond me. It sounds like a logistical nightmare, yet they still promptly deliver, and handle any customer inquiries. All that, plus their discounts, keeps me, a return customer. Thanks optics planet! You’re my one stop shop

Terrible company

I’ve been fighting with them for months to get refunds from this company & there customer service is abysmal. They've placed items in my orders that I did not order & charged me for them. Now I’m trying to get my store credit refunded so I don’t loose any money to this scam of a company. Would not recommend to a friend.

Fantastic app

Not only is this a great company with tons of great deals, it comes in an app that is extremely easy to use and makes buying needed products too easy. Probably a little too easy because i have spent waaaay too much money on here lol. But with fast shipping and tons of items in stock from camping to shooting, who says you can ever have enough gear? Keep up the good work guys. Just wish they would send more coupon codes and I might buy even more stuff. OP bucks is great but 10-20% off occasionally would be nicer

These guys are thieves!!!

Ordered ammo and a couple other items from these guys. After 3 months of waiting, they finally shipped my products. I only received 2 of 13 times. Surprise surprise, non of my ammo showed up. Don’t do business with these guys! Buyer beware!

Great deals

OpticsPlanet has the best prices and biggest selection!!! I’ve tried price matching with other stores and online stores and OpticsPlanet always has the better prices. I don’t even price match anymore, just order from OpticsPlanet and I’m happy. Went into a gun store to buy a new grip for my AR-15, it was priced at $25, checked OpticsPlanet and the same grip was $8.99. I’m sticking with OpticsPlanet!!!!!

Overall Great - just minor bugs

App works great for the most part, ordering and checking out is easy, the biggest problem I have is that every time I go to view my cart, a window pops up and asks me to confirm my password. It’s just really annoying and inconvenient. But there’s nothing wrong with the actual function of the app.

Terrible Shipping, it takes FOREVER

This place took weeks just to put a scope they said they had in stock into a box and put a label on it, it then took another week the get into a truck and a final week for delivery. I paid extra for expedited shipping and it took well over a month, what a waste of time and money. Do not shop with OP, there are so many other vendors out there that are better.
