Slow and freezes constantly
Hi, can we please get the app fixed to be able to actually look at and manage pictures without it freezing up all the time? I try to delete pics and it freezes every 3 or 4 pictures. Then have to unplug and restart the app to delete two more. Please fix this. It’s not good.

Absolute garbage! Does not work and crashes all the time. I have a dash cam and wanted a program to download videos onto my phone to share to people in accidents or police. App won’t recognize half of my SD cards, and cards it does recognize it only reads 10% of the videos. Also crashes A LOT. It won’t read the majority of the videos. When choosing a video it immediately crashes and resets.

Device is faulty.
This is the 4 or 5th SD card device I’ve purchased at almost $30 dollars. They are junk after a month or so using them. They just stop reading the SD cards and say error. I’m not going to purchase or recommend this device to anyone. I just don’t even write reviews but spent over nearly $ 160. I’m just done with this product.

Have never seen a picture off my trail cams on my iPhone
I have several trail cameras, wanted to check them in the field, with my iPhone. For two yrs I’ve never seen a pic off my trail cameras, with my iPhone. Have to take my Ss cards back to the pc at the house. Junk don’t waste your memory on your phone with this app. Just by a lap top.

When I first started using it it was working great. Now it won’t read the cards like they don’t have nothing on them but I know they do. I use my home computer and they have plenty of pictures on the cards but I bought this so in the field I could read them on the fly! Very upset and disappointed!

Use this for pulling photos off of game cameras.
WARNING! This app will SUPER HEAT your phone.
This is a major flaw in the firmware of the card and the software. Major file transfers will make your phone’s chipset become blazing hot.
When that happens, your phone will even reboot.
If you’re on the phone at the time, it consumes massive amounts of current, your call will drop and it resets your carrier or provider.
This app literally will cause your phone to get so hot it will probably burn it up during large transfers. Recommend not using this app whatsoever.

I got this for so I could look at the pictures on my trail cam. It worked the first day as in it read the ss card but then in order to view the pictures I had to send them in a text and then save them to my phone. Now it won’t even acknowledge the sd card or reader. Plus it crashed my phone twice.

I bought this SD card reader today, 2nd December 2021, because my old one was broke or something and I didn’t remember where I got it from. So I found this little item that looked pretty neat, judging it could be used with all sorts of devices, and could view pictures off my SD cards, and then delete them, and transfer and stuff…wrong! I buy for $30 which might’ve been reasonable for for that actually worked properly! At first, when you read the instructions, it states that I can just turn my phone on, plug it in with an SD card in it, and it will pop up sayin to accept it and it’ll open the app for me to view the pictures. So I do, nothing ever comes up on the screen. I do it several times till make it work by opening my photos app on my iPhone first, then it pops up. So I click it. It opens the app. Then at first it acts like there is no SD card in it. And after a minute of fooling with it, it says I have one in there. So Vicki know on it. IT IS VERY LAGGY! Works very slowly, I’d say you have to wait a good 30 seconds before you can tell it to do something else for you…but anyways, I then locate the photos on the card, I open them to look at them, I figure out it doesn’t show you a preview or anything so in order to actually see what might be in the video, you have to manually click it, but once I did, it would play the first video just fine for me, but after that it would just decide it was done with playin videos and would freeze up, and sometimes if I waited long enough, it would kick me out of the app! Listen to me when I say this “SD card reader” is literally just a useless piece of plastic…and is no where near worth the money you pay for it to me!

Bought this and read the paper on how and what to do. It worked perfectly the very first time. Tried a second card and it wouldn’t read, tried the third card, same thing. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. It don’t even act like the reader is plugged in. Don’t waste your money… complete piece of junk. Now I have to wait to buy another the check cameras. I’d leave no stars but it makes you put at least one.

Garbage app, garbage product
I wish I could rate this one quarter of a star. Don’t waste your money on the product that goes with it. It broke after one season of lightly using it. And using it is not an accurate statement. It rarely opened the sd cards so I could view the images without five or more attempts first. Horrible, horrible product and app!

I used this for a couple years now and this app just does not work correctly I bought new SDcards for my camera cuz I thought they went bad and a new card reader and still nothing. I read online about it having an update so I updated it and it worked for two day and it’s back to not being able to read all pictures and I can’t delete all pictures. Deer camera sd card reader
I bout one tonight excited to be able to check my deer cams on the way out of the woods everyday... boy was I disappointed.. I download the iBrary app. I connect the adapter to my phone it reads it, but when I click any button other than my photos the app completely disappears! It so weird. So I went right back in and returned my as card reader and now I’m leaving this review about this app. Now I’ve heard people who have never had a problem I’m not sure why i did. But I was greatly disappointed. Not sure I’ll be back.

Absolute Trash
I bought the hardware and it only had this app that said it was compatible with. So the hardware takes plugging in and out 20+ times to get it to link to the app. And when it does it shows absolutely no images most of the time. Switch it to a p.o.s. handheld and I get the images. Not nearly as clear...but at least it works. Don't recommend. I hope you do your research before you buy this garbage.

Moultrie needs to step there game up
I have had moultrie cameras for year and probably 5 different moultrie card readers which requires you to use this app. The app hardly ever works and the card readers work for the first few times of use then go out (the one I have now only had for 1 1/2 months). The cameras are okay not as ahead of the competition as the use to be.

I’m giving 1 star for the concept only. App shuts down when you select iBrary folder. I was able to see a few game cam videos but then the link between the device and the app was lost and now I’m going through the same process as previously mentioned. Lots of improvements need to be made before I will update my review.

This app worked very well the first 2 times I used it. Now I put my sd reason into my cell phone and the notification pops and I click photos it kicks me out of the app. I’ve tried to use the app while on just data while on data and internet and just internet can not get it to work no matter how I use it. Very dissatisfied.

Disappointed
Purchased this reader to download my game. First use was a little difficult to understand but I figured it out quickly. Second use it was terrific and really worked as I hoped. Third time it totally stopped working and froze the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to reset did not work at all. Tried a couple more times and still nothing. Very disappointed.

Not impressed
I bought two of these things to have on hand for our trail cameras so we could see what was destroying our property. The first three times they worked “ok” but not they won’t load anything from our Sd cards at all. I have googled what to do to get them to work and so far nothing has helped. I highly recommend that you pay more money and get something that works properly than to save a few bucks and have trash. I’m not impressed at all.

I wish I could give you no stars or less. This is the worst app ever and for some reason it’s the only one I can use for my cameras at the deer lease. I never leave reviews but after the 3rd week in a row of the app not working I have to. Please fix your app or delete it all together and go find something else to screw up

I’ve used this app for a year now without issues, today I tried reading some trail camera cards and there is so much foreign language readings when loading ti view pictures, it deleted everything I had in my cards, I think Ibrary has been hacked. Trash this app

Won’t read card
I give this a one star, this ap does not read the card. It will read the card sometimes if I am lucky for a few pictures and then error. It very annoying because just when I get to the pics I want to see poof back to square one. I unplug the device, re enter the card and it shows nothing, not even that there is a card in the device.

I just bought this yesterday bc I forgot to bring my computer to deer camp. I have multiple game cameras, many different brands and sizes of SD cards. It will not even recognize the card most of the time. I found myself plugging the device in and out for hours trying to check 8 SD cards. Not sure if this can be fixed with an update, but when your in the middle of nowhere trying to check game cameras your gonna be very frustrated. Don’t waste your time. Make sure when you buy a card reader to look at the back and make sure it doesn’t require this app! Complete garbage, returning it today!!!

Struggles
It never loads my cards, so what I thought would be a quick walk to camera check card on phone and put back is a maybe it will work maybe I won’t get to view my card. Slow when it does work and half the time when it’s “working” it starts saying I can’t view files. Just buy the card reader at bass pro that you have to remember to carry and put batteries in.

When you see this app on the App Store don’t stop and think this is a great app. Do yourself a favor and pretend you never saw it. It is by far the worst app ever. If you can actually get this app to read your sd card than go by a lottery ticket. You have a better chance of getting a computer that exploded to read your sd card than this app. So good luck

Horrible. Don’t waste your money.
I came across this device at Walmart and seemed like a quick way to get photos from my game camera to my iphone. WRONG! 1) app constantly disconnects from the SD card despite the fact that everything is plugged in. Emailed company. ZERO response. 2) App will not even recognize SD card anymore so now I have an overpriced paper weight. Emailed company. ZERO response. 3) cant save videos to my phone and view them later. It says it saved it but never does.
I would say horrible customer service but for the fact I have never received a response AT ALL, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Made it China.

I was skeptical about this app at first due to the reviews it had. I am using this app to view pictures from my game camera. I just used it for the first time today and had zero issues. I was able to view and save what I wanted to my phone then deleted all the pictures off the SD card all from my phone.

This app is absolute garbage, I use it for viewing images off of a game camera. I figured $25 was a better alternative than spending $100 for a hand held viewer. Anyways, the app is very inconsistent barely works takes lots of tinkering with and is quite possibly the poorest designed image transfer app ever. Do not recommend. Only giving 2 stars because the 1 out of every 10 times it works, it does come in clear and images are transferred well.

I came across this at a store since I do photography it would be a easy transfer method to my phone it only gets two stars for the fact it’s laggy at times and well it’s designed for basic jpeg transfer I can transfer my RAW files but you can’t see what your transferring so if I shoot a thousand images and only want 200 of the best I have to transfer them all then delete what I don’t want what a pain I suggest buying a different transfer device designed to work with all types of cameras and formats or just using a computer sdcard reader to transfer files

Works Fine Minority
So far so good. It's been Plug & Play using the Moultrie reader, this app and an iPhone 6S+. Reads cards from 3 different brands of trail cams without any argument. Plug in the card, plug in the reader and it opens the program automatically. Displays the pics in two different modes, list or thumbnail. All features of the app seem to be working fine. Guess I got lucky.

It worked the first time but after that the only way to view the SD card from the Wildgame Innovations camera is on my main computer but you can not save them. I wish there was an App that was developed in the USA that would work. I can’t even give 1 star. Thank goodness the app was a free one.

When I first bought this tool/app, I thought it’d be perfect for the deer cam. Didn’t work at all.
Mine you actually have to put it in so the moultrie work is facing away from you. Then also check your SIM card. It has a small sliding lock on the left side. Worked fine after 30 min of messing with it
