I love this group. Former Thompson twins, this group made only 2 albums in the 90's. Some of their music remains unreleased as the marriage ended. I hope they decide to put it out there.
The music is truly a piece of art. I love Tribe.

Under estimated music!!!!! What a wonderful piece of work
A friend was having sexy time with me while this album was playing... Did we go places of enlightenment and grace!!!!! When he asked who is this playing? omg!!! He started telling me his story... He worked for a major 5 star hotel years ago when the Thompson twins had autograghed an album for a hotel guest who left the album by mistake... The hotel guest never came back to the hotel to claim it and my friend said he went home and played the music and fell in love with Thompson Twins. Funny thing is he had two other friends that looked like the original group members at the time. All three were called the new Thompson twins back in the 80's... Make a long story short. My amigo said I can't believe Babble is The Thompson twins know wonder I liked the music!I told him I think it was a full circle experience Nov.2013...Life is full of cosmic magical time space!

Babble
I can only imagine that anyone who gave these two albums negative reviews...are lousy lays. These songs are timeless, sexy, sensual, and still amazingly fresh and relavent. That's quite an accomplishment. To be blunt....this IS music to have sex by. How is that for a review...lol?

Great
Both of Babble's CDs inexplicably received negative reviews on iTunes, but I couldn't disagree more. "The Stone" and "Ether" sound nothing like Thompson Twins. They're ambient and hypnotic and sexy. Best songs are "Love Has No Name," "The Tower" and "Hold the Sky."

A different but great new direction for Thompson Twins alums
Even though this record is 13 years old, it is still fresh and enjoyable. It retains the great TT sound (especally the vocals) while taking the music in a more ambient, trip-hop, multi-layered direction.
Ignore that ignorant review up top. If you liked the Thompson Twins but now enjoy Theivery Corporation, Leggo Beast, Massive Attack, Perfume Tree and the Waveform A.D. -series type music, this is a must-buy. I enjoyed every track on the record, and I am seriously picky. Best enjoyed with quality headphones or a serious home audio system.
Also be sure to get their other album, The Stone. I think it's even better than these tracks, if that's possible. Enjoy!!

Amazing, Beautiful, Graceful, Solid
Although most would argue their other releases were better, I found this to be a true work of art. The tracks seem forgotten in the river of time, but occasionally SomaFM will play what I would easily consider the best song, entitled "Sun". With a feel similar to that of Enigma, they have crafted a unique sound that still sounds amazing today, somehow keeping up with the ever changing sounds of electronic music and new age. This album is perfect for listening to on those long drives, or even in your living room with the lights out. This album must be given it's much deserved A++
