God Son Across the Belly You Know You Lost Already ..
Album of the year
Great Album. If you’re a Nas fan, you’ll definitely enjoy this album.
His best work yet with hitboy(IMO). Still think he needs to do a spoken word album. He doesn’t need music with his lyrics. TRUE POET!!!!
Instant classic! This album is so NECESSARY AND RELEVANT, AS IS NAS!!! Love the feeling of this album, Nas came full circle in completing this run it all flows and comes together. This 4 album run is unprecedented!
*** THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME ***
No skips, fire production, filled with introspective keys of life and a Classic Queensbridge vibe.
Looks like Nas and Hit-Boy did it again the tempo is different from the first and second albums but everything comes full circle, the cypher is complete. JOB WELL DONE III👍🏾
This will be the Album of the year creativity, Bars & Production next level! Top project in 2022 hands down 🔥🔥🔥🔥Enjoy that Nas is still making music finding more gold as he digs in the dirt with the shovel.
This album of the King Disease trilogy is the best one.
When you listen to the tracks you can tell now HitBoy understands the sound that compliments NAS lyrically.
NAS has improved lyrically on this album. He delivery, flow and word play has significantly improved.
My only criticism is I wish Steve Stoute were apart of this project. If you like NAS’s second album “It was written” a lot of credit was given to Steve Stoute for pushing NAS lyrically as a lyricists. I believe he could done the same on this album as well.
I’m simply blown away by the work ethic and creativity shown in this album…Pure Classic‼️
Still the illest. Love it!
With his 4 album run of the last two years, Nasir once again proves that he is beyond contention, the greatest MC to ever grace the Hip Hop genre of music. KD3 is masterfully crafted with production from Hitboy rivaling if not exceeding the all time greats. Instant Classic 🔥🔥🔥
This is an amazing album. Hit-boy went dumb on the production, Nas sounds like Peak Nas again. Wordplay, creativity, reflection, vibe tracks. Phenomenal Album.
True Hip Hop from someone who know and studied those that came before him, but still have his own classic style. The Lyricist! A Real MC! The songs flow from track to track! 🔥🔥🔥 #ill #NastyNas #OGNas
Nas delivers on this album
I’m not going to lie, it’s good but it’s definitely not as good as KD II. KD II is definitely my favorite out of the series. This was still a good album though.
KD3 , *khaled voice* ANOTHER ONE!
Bro brought bars. He adapted to the new school flow while keeping that old school vibe of top tier lyricism
This was an amazing album! To be this old and still can make quality albums. This will go down as one his best albums ever. 🔥🔥🔥 5 Star album!! If you are a Nas fan then you will enjoy this!
Easily Album of the Year. The flows and beats are so good and the lyricism is still top tier after so many years🔥
Serious Interlude got me with that melody, another on from Nas. I’d take it considering the lack luster efforts of new school artist.
Hit-boy beats are taylored to Nas and his flow. Nas lyrics are so crisp and clear on this. 30 years in the hip hop game and still sound like he has that hunger, it amazing to me.
We are blessed to listen to Nas
Love you Nas. Keep bringing that rawness!
I am very grateful & feel blessed that our generation has been able to watch the parallel grow of both Nas’s music as a lyricist & the evolution of his personal development. He’s a dedicated, strong & determined black man who follows his heart & dreams. Nas is an extraordinarily talented artist & a role model. Thank you Nas for always giving 110% & living from your heart & truths. Keep doing what you do. ALSO…THIS ALBUM IS FIRE!! 🗣️💥🔥 🙌🏼💯
No words needed another hip-hop classic!
The absolute GOAT
REAL HIP HOP💯🔥
He is back with this one king of rap.
He’s just different. Having second prime at this age is unheard of. Amazing piece of work.
Album sounds like a victory lap with lessons layered on dope beats!! #peaceking
We don’t need to wait to call this one a classic! Masterpiece! Thank Nas and Hitboy 👏🏼🔥👏🏼
I never review albums, but outta the KOD series. This 3rd one is sounding like how Nas used to flow and the beats are fire! And no guest appearances is what the world has been waiting for. Strictly Nas and all Nas. Thanks for showing the world what they’ve been missing! 🔥🔥🔥
This is my kinda music! I've been listening to Nas since Barbecue(1991). Seeing his growth as a man, from the same place reminds me of my own growth. This is grown man music(Once a Man, Twice a Child). This is what a win after a life of challenges sounds like. This took me back to memories walking through Queens Bridge, and summers in Farrockaway at the beach. To riding the A train coming from work, listening to Mary J Blige 411 (Reminisce). Definitely one of his best albums! Illmatic 2022.
Grateful to be alive to witness this run & hear this man FLOAT over these HitBoy beats 🔊🔊🔊
Love this album, the beats, the lyrics, the nonstalgia, the word play, i love to break down his lyrics hands down he is the goat always evolving himself!! 🔥🔥
Nas and Hitboy made would you could argue is the It Was Written of the KD series to Magic’s Illmatic. Delving deeper into stories and concepts with enough variety to make you forget there are no features.
Like the song says, “He’s on 🔥”. This whole project is 🔥🔥🔥but ain’t this point I’m not even surprised anymore. Just grateful for great soulful music by GODS SON!
Nas said it “Hit-Boy brings something out of him no one else has seemed to do” that is, go into the studio and create timelines music in a short span of time! 4 albums in less than 3 years..
Keep it up Nas, we are listening… Peace King
From the flow, to the lyrics, the bars and the production is on a different level of what we have been listening to for the last 15years.. Nas is the GOAT
A “Ghetto Reporter” like no other, Nas has done it again! His track “ 30” reveals he has been consistent in his genre of music for nearly thirty summers. There are so many tracks on this album that are sure to remind loyal fans, listeners and music connoisseurs “From Hood to Hood” of his legacy and contributions to Hip-Hop for generations to come. The tracks “Get Light”on their own. The track order is a “Legit” representation of a true Artist and storyteller. Nasir Jones has always been ‘On Fire’ and ahead of his time and remains a “Recession Proof”leader in music trends, style and production with his collaboration with various artists and music producers. Even if you are a “First Time” listener, KDIII will surely have you researching all his former albums and listening for days, weeks, months and years to come! Long Live the KING! #KDIII
