I’m a little surprised. I love HER but I like about two songs on here. Its sounding like every other current female artist right now . Was hoping for more Piano and Guitar and not the Trap/Beat machine stuff. HER voice is what keeps me though but need to be more creative with her instruments .

it’s been YEARS since I have heard a body of musical work like this. Authentic, Original, Passionate, Heartfelt, and Deep. HER took it back to the artist that is transparent and vulnerable. No auto tune. No repetitive hooks. No need for tons of features with already established artists to sell her talent. Above all no gimmicks, no need to be an image because her music speaks volumes. Haven’t skipped a track and it’s been on repeat since being released. Thank you HER!!!!!

I keep waiting for a H.E.R. album that I can like or even love but I guess that's not to be. The album is called "Back of My Mind" but it should be called "Finger Snaps and Hand Claps.' These sound effects are so dated and quite annoying. Almost as annoying as the AutoTune used on most of the featured artists vocals. Too bad because $10.99 for 21 songs is a great deal, NOT!
